v4l2_subdev_{core/video}_ops structures are stored in the
fields of the v4l2_subdev_ops structure which are of type const.

modified, so declare them as const.

Added new mechanism for handling arguments for modify-header action.
The new action "accelerated modify-header" asks for the arguments from
separated area from the pattern, this area accessed via general objects.
Handling of these object is done via the pool-manager struct.

When the new header patterns are supported, while loading the domain,
a few pools for argument creations will be created. The requests for
allocating/deallocating arg objects are done via the pool manager API.

The array Rtl8192PciERadioD_Array is only used in function
rtl92e_config_rf_path which is only called in function rtl92e_config_rf.
In function rtl92e_config_rf a termination condition for the loop is set
to priv->num_total_rf_path = RTL819X_TOTAL_RF_PATH = 2. The loop is only
executed with numbers 0 and 1 for eRFPath. So the function
rtl92e_config_rf_path is only called with eRFPath for 0 and 1 and never
with 3 that would make the "case RF90_PATH_D:" be called. Remove
resulting dead code.

If DAT metadata file is corrupted on disk, there is a case where
req->pr_desc_bh is NULL and blocknr is 0 at nilfs_dat_commit_end() during
a b-tree operation that cascadingly updates ancestor nodes of the b-tree,
because nilfs_dat_commit_alloc() for a lower level block can initialize
the blocknr on the same DAT entry between nilfs_dat_prepare_end() and
nilfs_dat_commit_end().

If this happens, nilfs_dat_commit_end() calls nilfs_dat_commit_free()
without valid buffer heads in req->pr_desc_bh and req->pr_bitmap_bh, and
causes the NULL pointer dereference above in
nilfs_palloc_commit_free_entry() function, which leads to a crash.

Fix this by adding a NULL check on req->pr_desc_bh and req->pr_bitmap_bh

Check during initialization whether the firmware is already patched.
If so, include the firmware version in the wm_adsp fwf_name string.

If the firmware has already been patched by the BIOS the driver
can only replace it if it has control of hard RESET.

If the driver cannot replace the firmware, it can still load a wmfw
(for ALSA control definitions) and/or a bin (for additional tunings).
But these must match the version of firmware that is running on the
CS35L56.

The firmware is pre-patched if FIRMWARE_MISSING == 0.

Including the firmware version in the fwf_name string will
qualify the firmware file name:

Normal (unpatched or replaceable firmware):
cs35l56-rev-dsp1-misc[-system_name].[wmfw|bin]

Preloaded firmware:
cs35l56-rev[-s]-VVVVVV-dsp1-misc[-system_name].[wmfw|bin]

Where:
[-s] is an optional -s added into the name for a secured CS35L56
VVVVVV is the 24-bit firmware version in hexadecimal.

The number of updated CPU capabilities per netlink event is hard-coded to
16. On systems with more than 16 CPUs (a common case), it takes more than
one thermal netlink event to relay all the new capabilities after an HFI
interrupt. This adds unnecessary overhead to both the kernel and user space
entities.

Increase the number of CPU capabilities updated per event to 64. Any system
with 64 CPUs or less can now update all the capabilities in a single
thermal netlink event.

Over the past couple years, the function _find_next_bit() was extended
with parameters that modify its behavior to implement and- zero- and le-
flavors. The parameters are passed at compile time, but current design
prevents a compiler from optimizing out the conditionals.

As find_next_bit() API grows, I expect that more parameters will be added.
Current design would require more conditional code in _find_next_bit(),
which would bloat the helper even more and make it barely readable.

This patch replaces _find_next_bit() with a macro FIND_NEXT_BIT, and adds
a set of wrappers, so that the compile-time optimizations become possible.

The common logic is moved to the new macro, and all flavors may be
generated by providing a FETCH macro parameter, like in this example:
