perf vendor events intel: Alderlake/sapphirerapids metric fixes

As events are deduplicated by name, ensure PMU prefixes are always
used in metrics. Previously they may be missed on the first event in a
formula.

Update metric constraints for architectures with topdown l2 events.

perf vendor events intel: Update Icelake+ metric constraints

Avoid grouping events especially in cases where the kernel's PMU
driver fails to not open the events, causing the events to report back

perf metric: JSON flag to default metric group

For the default output, the default metric group could vary on different
platforms. For example, on SPR, the TopdownL1 and TopdownL2 metrics
should be displayed in the default mode. On ICL, only the TopdownL1
should be displayed.

Add a flag so we can tag the default metric group for different
platforms rather than hack the perf code.

The flag is added to Intel TopdownL1 since ICL and ADL, TopdownL2
metrics since SPR.

Add a new field, DefaultMetricgroupName, in the JSON file to indicate
the real metric group name.

perf vendor events intel: Correct alderlake metrics

Fix the metrics tma_memory_bound on alderlake cpu_core and
tma_microcode_sequencer on alderlake cpu_atom, where metrics had be
rewritten across PMUs. Fix MEM_BOUND_STALLS_AT_RET_CORRECTION which is
an aux metric but lacks a hash prefix. Add PMU prefixes for
cpu_core/cpu_atom events to avoid wildcard opening the events.

perf metric: JSON flag to not group events if gathering a metric group

Some metric groups have metrics that don't have fully overlapping
events, meaning that the group's events become unique event groups that
may need to multiplex with each other. This can be particularly
unfortunate when the groups wouldn't need to multiplex because there are
sufficient hardware counters.

Add a flag so that if recording a metric group then the metrics within
the group needn't use groups for their events. The flag is added to
Intel TopdownL1 and TopdownL2 metrics.

perf vendor events intel: Refresh alderlake-n metrics

Update the alderlake-n events from 1.16 to 1.18 (no change) and
metrics. Generation was done using https://github.com/intel/perfmon.

Notable changes are TMA metrics are updated to version 4.5, TMA info
metrics are renamed from their node name to be lower case and prefixed
by tma_info_, MetricThreshold expressions are added and the smi_cost
metric group is added replicating existing hard coded metrics in
stat-shadow.
