ssb: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. ssb: Remove SSB_WARN_ON, SSB_BUG_ON and SSB_DEBUG Use the standard WARN_ON instead. If a small kernel is desired, WARN_ON can be disabled globally. Also remove SSB_DEBUG. Besides WARN_ON it only adds a tiny debug check. Include this check unconditionally. Signed-off-by: Michael Buesch <m@bues.ch> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org>

MIPS: BCM47xx: Move NVRAM header to the include/linux/. There are two reasons for having this header in the common place: 1) Simplifying drivers that read NVRAM entries. We will be able to safely call bcm47xx_nvram_* functions without #ifdef-s. 2) Getting NVRAM driver out of MIPS arch code. This is needed to support BCM5301X arch which also requires this NVRAM driver. Patch for that will follow once we get is reviewed. ssb: implement spurious tone avoidance And make use of it in b43. This fixes a regression introduced with 49d55cef5b1925a5c1efb6aaddaa40fc7c693335 b43: N-PHY: implement spurious tone avoidance This commit made BCM4322 use only MCS 0 on channel 13, which of course resulted in performance drop (down to 0.7Mb/s).
