mtd: rawnand: ingenic: Annotate struct ingenic_nfc with __counted_by

Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by
attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have
their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS
(for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family
functions).

As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for struct ingenic_nfc.

mtd: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

mtd: nand: Convert to platform remove callback returning void

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

# 3f26d1bf 26-Jan-2022 Miquel Raynal <miquel.raynal@bootlin.com>

mtd: Fix misuses of of_match_ptr()

of_match_ptr() either expands to NULL if !CONFIG_OF, or is transparent
otherwise. There are several drivers using this macro which keep their
of_device_id array enclosed within an #ifdef CONFIG_OF check, these are
considered fine. However, When misused, the of_device_id array pointed
by this macro will produce a warning because it is finally unused when
compiled without OF support.

A number of fixes are possible:
- Always depend on CONFIG_OF, but this will not always work and may
break boards.
- Enclose the compatible array by #ifdef's, this may save a bit of
memory but will reduce build coverage.
- Tell the compiler the array may be unused, if this can be avoided,
let's not do this.
- Just drop the macro, setting the of_device_id array for a non OF
enabled platform is not an issue, it will just be unused.

The latter solution seems the more appropriate, so let's use it.

mtd: rawnand: ingenic: JZ4740 needs 'oob_first' read page function

The ECC engine on the JZ4740 SoC requires the ECC data to be read before
the page; using the default page reading function does not work. Indeed,
the old JZ4740 NAND driver (removed in 5.4) did use the 'OOB first' flag
that existed back then.

Use the newly created nand_read_page_hwecc_oob_first() to address this
issue.

This issue was not found when the new ingenic-nand driver was developed,
most likely because the Device Tree used had the nand-ecc-mode set to
"hw_oob_first", which seems to not be supported anymore.

mtd: rawnand: ingenic: Fix the RB gpio active-high property on qi, lb60

The rb-gpios semantics was undocumented and qi,lb60 (along with the
ingenic driver) got it wrong. The active state encodes the NAND ready
state, which is high level. Since there's no signal inverter on this
board, it should be active-high. Let's fix that here for older DTs so
we can re-use the generic nand_gpio_waitrdy() helper, and be consistent
with what other drivers do.

mtd: rawnand: ingenic: Fix the probe error path

nand_release() is supposed be called after MTD device registration.
Here, only nand_scan() happened, so use nand_cleanup() instead.

There is no real Fixes tag applying here as the use of nand_release()
in this driver predates the introduction of nand_cleanup() in
commit d44154f969a4 ("mtd: nand: Provide nand_cleanup() function to free NAND related resources")
which makes this change possible. Hence, pointing it as the commit to
fix for backporting purposes, even if this commit is not introducing
any bug makes sense.

mtd: rawnand: ingenic: Fix ingenic_ecc dependency

If MTD_NAND_JZ4780 is y and MTD_NAND_JZ4780_BCH is m,
which select CONFIG_MTD_NAND_INGENIC_ECC to m, building fails:

drivers/mtd/nand/raw/ingenic/ingenic_nand.o: In function `ingenic_nand_remove':
ingenic_nand.c:(.text+0x177): undefined reference to `ingenic_ecc_release'
drivers/mtd/nand/raw/ingenic/ingenic_nand.o: In function `ingenic_nand_ecc_correct':
ingenic_nand.c:(.text+0x2ee): undefined reference to `ingenic_ecc_correct'

To fix that, the ingenic_nand and ingenic_ecc modules have been fused
into one single module.
- The ingenic_ecc.c code is now compiled in only if
$(CONFIG_MTD_NAND_INGENIC_ECC) is set. This is now a boolean instead
of tristate.
- To avoid changing the module name, the ingenic_nand.c file is moved to
ingenic_nand_drv.c. Then the module name is still ingenic_nand.
- Since ingenic_ecc.c is no more a module, the module-specific macros
have been dropped, and the functions are no more exported for use by
the ingenic_nand driver.
