drm/gma500: Remove unnecessary include statements for drm_crtc_helper.h

Several source files include drm_crtc_helper.h without needing it or
only to get its transitive include statements; leading to unnecessary
compile-time dependencies.

Directly include required headers and drop drm_crtc_helper.h where
possible.

# f76c22ce 06-Nov-2019 Paul Kocialkowski <paul.kocialkowski@bootlin.com>

drm/gma500: Add page flip support on psb/cdv

Legacy (non-atomic) page flip support is added to the driver by using the
mode_set_base CRTC function, that allows configuring a new framebuffer for
display. Since the function requires the primary plane's fb to be set
already, this is done prior to calling the function in the page flip helper
and reverted if the flip fails.

The vblank interrupt handler is also refactored to support passing an event.
The PIPE_TE_STATUS bit is also considered to indicate vblank on medfield
only, as explained in psb_enable_vblank.

It was tested by running weston on both poulsbo and cedartrail.

gma500: Convert Cedarview to work with new output handling

Replace psb_intel_output with psb_intel_encoder and psb_intel_connector.
Things will need to be cleaned up and tested so consider this an initial
patch for Cedarview.

drm: Replace pitch with pitches[] in drm_framebuffer

Otherwise each driver would need to keep the information inside
their own framebuffer object structure. Also add offsets[]. BOs
on the other hand are driver specific, so those can be kept in
driver specific structures.

# 6a227d5f 03-Nov-2011 Alan Cox <alan@linux.intel.com>

gma500: Add support for Cedarview

Again this is similar but has some differences so we have a set of plug in
support. This does make the driver bigger than is needed in some respects
but the tradeoff for maintainability is huge.
