This information may be used to determine 33whether application data needs to be adjusted for this architecture or 34not.</p> 35<p>The DB->get_byteswapped method may not be called before the <a href="../api_c/db_open.html">DB->open</a> method is called.</p> 36<p>The DB->get_byteswapped method 37returns a non-zero error value on failure 38and 0 on success. 39</p> 40<b>Parameters</b> <br> 41 <b>isswapped</b><ul compact><li>If the underlying database files were created on an architecture of the 42same byte order as the current one. 0 is stored into the memory location 43referenced by <b>isswapped</b>.
