test: Remove <common.h> and add needed includes

Remove <common.h> from all "test/" files and when needed add
missing include files directly.

This adds a test case to test the new ofnode_phy_is_fixed_link() API.
Both the new and old DT bindings are covered.

dm: core: Update ofnode_read_fmap_entry() to read hashes

At present this function uses the old format for reading hashes. Add
support for the current format.

Add a test while we are here.
