headers: don't depend on errno.h being available

These headers follow the pattern:

| #if CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(FANCY_FEATURE)
| void foo(void);
| #else
| static inline void foo(void) { return -ENOSYS; }
| #endif

In the #else path ENOSYS is used, however linux/errno.h is not included.
If errno.h has not been included already the compiler errors out even
if the inline function is not referenced.

Make those headers self contained.

common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

matching based on the SoC ID info. This allows drivers to be provided
for SoCs to retrieve SoC identifying information and also for matching
device attributes for selecting SoC specific data.

This is useful for other device drivers that may need different
parameters or quirks enabled depending on the specific device variant in
use.
