km/ppc: remove km-mpc8360.h and km-mpc832x.h

Next step to get rid of the header files in icnlude/configs. Move
most of the defines to km83xx.c directly. Some remaining defines
which should go to Kconfig are moved to km-mpc83xx.h for now.

Also remove some unused defines and move one define to powerpc.env
as we only need it there.

Convert CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN

To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

powerpc: Move CONFIG_SYS_DDR_SIZE to CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE

We have a number of CONFIG_SYS_xxx_SIZE options to describe the amount
main memory available. Rework CONFIG_SYS_DDR_SIZE, which described a
size in number of MiB to use CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE which is most often
used as a number of bytes. Use shifts of this option when required.

Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using system-constants.h

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

powerpc: Switch to using CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET from CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET

In the places where PowerPC references CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET it
does so as (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR + CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET). And
it defines CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET in the same manner that other
architectures define CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET. Other architectures
define CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR as (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR +
CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET) typically. Rename things within PowerPC for
consistency with other architectures.

Remove CONFIG_HAS_ETH0 et al symbols

This converts removes the following symbols:
CONFIG_HAS_ETH0
CONFIG_HAS_ETH1
CONFIG_HAS_ETH2
CONFIG_HAS_ETH3

This is because at this point, only the ids8313 platform was using the
code which was controlled by these symbols. In turn, this code already
performs error checking on being able to perform the device tree fixup.
Rather than convert these to Kconfig for a single platform, update the
code to not need these checks and remove them from all the platforms
they were unused on.

Convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig and add CONFIG_[ST]PL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY

First, we convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig. Next, as you cannot
have SYS_I2C_LEGACY and DM_I2C at the same time, introduce
CONFIG_SPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY so that we can enable the legacy option only
in SPL. Finally, for some PowerPC cases we also need
CONFIG_TPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY support. Convert all of the existing users to
one or more symbols.

i2c: Rename CONFIG_SYS_I2C to CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY

It is quite confusing that CONFIG_SYS_I2C selects the legacy I2C and
CONFIG_DM_I2C selects the current I2C. The deadline to migrate I2C is less
than a year away.

Also we want to have a CONFIG_I2C for U-Boot proper just like we have
CONFIG_SPL_I2C for SPL, so we can simplify the Makefile rules.

Rename this symbol so it is clear it is going away.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

env: Remove useless CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_REDUND and fix ENV_IS_REDUND check

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN

To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

We have a number of CONFIG_SYS_xxx_SIZE options to describe the amount
main memory available. Rework CONFIG_SYS_DDR_SIZE, which described a
size in number of MiB to use CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE which is most often
used as a number of bytes. Use shifts of this option when required.

Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using system-constants.h

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

powerpc: Switch to using CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET from CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET

In the places where PowerPC references CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET it
does so as (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR + CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET). And
it defines CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET in the same manner that other
architectures define CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET. Other architectures
define CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR as (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR +
CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET) typically. Rename things within PowerPC for
consistency with other architectures.

Remove CONFIG_HAS_ETH0 et al symbols

This converts removes the following symbols:
CONFIG_HAS_ETH0
CONFIG_HAS_ETH1
CONFIG_HAS_ETH2
CONFIG_HAS_ETH3

This is because at this point, only the ids8313 platform was using the
code which was controlled by these symbols. In turn, this code already
performs error checking on being able to perform the device tree fixup.
Rather than convert these to Kconfig for a single platform, update the
code to not need these checks and remove them from all the platforms
they were unused on.

First, we convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig. Next, as you cannot
have SYS_I2C_LEGACY and DM_I2C at the same time, introduce
CONFIG_SPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY so that we can enable the legacy option only
in SPL. Finally, for some PowerPC cases we also need
CONFIG_TPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY support. Convert all of the existing users to
one or more symbols.

i2c: Rename CONFIG_SYS_I2C to CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY

It is quite confusing that CONFIG_SYS_I2C selects the legacy I2C and
CONFIG_DM_I2C selects the current I2C. The deadline to migrate I2C is less
than a year away.

Also we want to have a CONFIG_I2C for U-Boot proper just like we have
CONFIG_SPL_I2C for SPL, so we can simplify the Makefile rules.

Rename this symbol so it is clear it is going away.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

env: Remove useless CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_REDUND and fix ENV_IS_REDUND check

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

powerpc: Move CONFIG_SYS_DDR_SIZE to CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE

We have a number of CONFIG_SYS_xxx_SIZE options to describe the amount
main memory available. Rework CONFIG_SYS_DDR_SIZE, which described a
size in number of MiB to use CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE which is most often
used as a number of bytes. Use shifts of this option when required.

Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using system-constants.h

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

In the places where PowerPC references CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET it
does so as (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR + CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET). And
it defines CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_OFFSET in the same manner that other
architectures define CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET. Other architectures
define CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR as (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR +
CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET) typically. Rename things within PowerPC for
consistency with other architectures.

Remove CONFIG_HAS_ETH0 et al symbols

This converts removes the following symbols:
CONFIG_HAS_ETH0
CONFIG_HAS_ETH1
CONFIG_HAS_ETH2
CONFIG_HAS_ETH3

This is because at this point, only the ids8313 platform was using the
code which was controlled by these symbols. In turn, this code already
performs error checking on being able to perform the device tree fixup.
Rather than convert these to Kconfig for a single platform, update the
code to not need these checks and remove them from all the platforms
they were unused on.

different buses, use a single option.
- Switch to using the common SYS_I2C_SPEED / SYS_I2C_SLAVE options.
- Introduce _HAS_ options for additional buses as only the first one is
common to all users.
- Convert all remaining symbols to Kconfig.

First, we convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig. Next, as you cannot
have SYS_I2C_LEGACY and DM_I2C at the same time, introduce
CONFIG_SPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY so that we can enable the legacy option only
in SPL. Finally, for some PowerPC cases we also need
CONFIG_TPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY support. Convert all of the existing users to
one or more symbols.

i2c: Rename CONFIG_SYS_I2C to CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY

It is quite confusing that CONFIG_SYS_I2C selects the legacy I2C and
CONFIG_DM_I2C selects the current I2C. The deadline to migrate I2C is less
than a year away.

Also we want to have a CONFIG_I2C for U-Boot proper just like we have
CONFIG_SPL_I2C for SPL, so we can simplify the Makefile rules.

Rename this symbol so it is clear it is going away.

enable DTS support for keymile mpc83xx based boards.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

env: Remove useless CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_REDUND and fix ENV_IS_REDUND check

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

It is quite confusing that CONFIG_SYS_I2C selects the legacy I2C and
CONFIG_DM_I2C selects the current I2C. The deadline to migrate I2C is less
than a year away.

Also we want to have a CONFIG_I2C for U-Boot proper just like we have
CONFIG_SPL_I2C for SPL, so we can simplify the Makefile rules.

Rename this symbol so it is clear it is going away.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within

env: Remove useless CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_REDUND and fix ENV_IS_REDUND check

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

factor out the common include files for the keymile boards again (which
now contain hardly any #ifdef logic at all).

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

env: Remove useless CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_REDUND and fix ENV_IS_REDUND check

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

After moving the KM specific configurations to Kconfig, the associated
preprocessor definitions can now be removed in the headers. Moreover, the
whitelist has been adapted correspondingly.

keymile: Factor out common includes again

Not that the Kconfig conversion of a lot of variables is done, we can
factor out the common include files for the keymile boards again (which
now contain hardly any #ifdef logic at all).

mainly they are not mainlined to linux.
- add u-boot specific dtsi
- add stdout-path
- add missing ucc4 par_io definitions, which were
in board code, but not in linux DTS
- remove not used ethernet nodes

- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and

- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR

rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use

- Migrate all platforms.

env: Remove useless CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_REDUND and fix ENV_IS_REDUND check

We have CONFIG_ENV_SIZE_IS_REDUND but don't really use it. We have one
board where we can simply multiple CONFIG_ENV_SIZE by two for the same
result. The other place where we could but were not previously using
this is for where env_internal.h checks for if we should set
ENV_IS_EMBEDDED. This seems like the most likely use, historically, of
the variable, but it was not used. Add logic to check for this now.

km: remove obsolete definitions in KM header files

After moving the KM specific configurations to Kconfig, the associated
preprocessor definitions can now be removed in the headers. Moreover, the
whitelist has been adapted correspondingly.

keymile: Factor out common includes again

Not that the Kconfig conversion of a lot of variables is done, we can
factor out the common include files for the keymile boards again (which
now contain hardly any #ifdef logic at all).

enable DTS support for keymile mpc83xx based boards.
