Convert CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN

To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

arm: Disable ATAGs support

With the exceptions of ds109, ds414, icnova-a20-swac, nokia_rx51 and
stemmy, disable ATAG support. A large number of platforms had enabled
support but never supported a kernel so old as to require it. Further,
some platforms are old enough to support both, but are well supported by
devicetree booting, and have been for a number of years. This is
because some of the ATAGs related functions have been re-used to provide
the same kind of information, but for devicetree or just generally to
inform the user. When needed still, rename these functions to
get_board_revision() instead, to avoid conflicts. In other cases, these
functions were simply unused, so drop them.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

ARM: kirkwood: SBx81LIFKW: Enable network hardware

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

arm: Disable ATAGs support

With the exceptions of ds109, ds414, icnova-a20-swac, nokia_rx51 and
stemmy, disable ATAG support. A large number of platforms had enabled
support but never supported a kernel so old as to require it. Further,
some platforms are old enough to support both, but are well supported by
devicetree booting, and have been for a number of years. This is
because some of the ATAGs related functions have been re-used to provide
the same kind of information, but for devicetree or just generally to
inform the user. When needed still, rename these functions to
get_board_revision() instead, to avoid conflicts. In other cases, these
functions were simply unused, so drop them.

Convert CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT et al to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

ARM: kirkwood: SBx81LIFKW: Enable network hardware

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

arm: Disable ATAGs support

With the exceptions of ds109, ds414, icnova-a20-swac, nokia_rx51 and
stemmy, disable ATAG support. A large number of platforms had enabled
support but never supported a kernel so old as to require it. Further,
some platforms are old enough to support both, but are well supported by
devicetree booting, and have been for a number of years. This is
because some of the ATAGs related functions have been re-used to provide
the same kind of information, but for devicetree or just generally to
inform the user. When needed still, rename these functions to
get_board_revision() instead, to avoid conflicts. In other cases, these
functions were simply unused, so drop them.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

ARM: kirkwood: SBx81LIFKW: Enable network hardware

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

ARM: kirkwood: SBx81LIFKW: Enable network hardware

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

arm: Disable ATAGs support

With the exceptions of ds109, ds414, icnova-a20-swac, nokia_rx51 and
stemmy, disable ATAG support. A large number of platforms had enabled
support but never supported a kernel so old as to require it. Further,
some platforms are old enough to support both, but are well supported by
devicetree booting, and have been for a number of years. This is
because some of the ATAGs related functions have been re-used to provide
the same kind of information, but for devicetree or just generally to
inform the user. When needed still, rename these functions to
get_board_revision() instead, to avoid conflicts. In other cases, these
functions were simply unused, so drop them.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

2), set this to 8.

This converts the following to Kconfig:

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

ARM: kirkwood: SBx81LIFKW: Enable network hardware

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

Convert CONFIG_ENV_SPI_* to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_BUS
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_CS
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MAX_HZ
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MODE

Most of time these value are not needed, CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT
with same value is used, so I introduced CONFIG_USE_ENV_SPI_*
to force the associated value for the environment.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

ARM: kirkwood: SBx81LIFKW: Enable network hardware

The SBx81LIFKW boards connect to the internal chassis management network
via a Marvell 88e6097 L2 switch. The chassis connections are direct
serdes on ports 8 and 9 with a RGMII interface on port 10 connected to
the CPU MAC.

For debugging purposes ports 0 and 1 are also taken out to headers on
the board. Because the debug interfaces are sometimes connected to with
straight ribbon cables we need to run them at 10Mbps.

env: Finish migration of common ENV options

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
