sandbox: cros_ec: exynos: Drop use of cros_ec_get_error()

This function is really just a call to uclass_get_device() and there is no
reason why the caller cannot do it. Update sandbox and snow accordingly.

cros: Adjust board_get_cros_ec_dev() to return a udevice

Rather than returning what is effectively an internal data structure,
return the cros EC device itself.

Remove unnecessary instances of DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR

We have a large number of places where while we historically referenced
gd in the code we no longer do, as well as cases where the code added
that line "just in case" during development and never dropped it.

Since all supported boards enable this option now, we can remove it along
with the old code.

dm: core: Add dev_get_uclass_priv() to access uclass private data

Add a convenience function to access the private data that a uclass stores
for each of its devices. Convert over most existing uses for consistency
and to provide an example for others.
