ouside RAM (i. e. QSPI NOR flash), we should honor that and not try
to force relocation in a bogus fashion.

RISCV: image: Add booti support

This patch adds booti support for RISC-V Linux kernel. The existing
bootm method will also continue to work as it is.

It depends on the following kernel patch which adds the header to the
flat Image. Gzip compressed Image (Image.gz) support is not enabled with
this patch.

We can remove common.h from most cases of the code here, and only a few
places need an additional header instead.

riscv: booti: do not force relocation if force_reloc is not set

If force_reloc flag is not set and booti is called for an address
ouside RAM (i. e. QSPI NOR flash), we should honor that and not try
to force relocation in a bogus fashion.

common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.
