rockchip: sdram: Support getting banks from TPL for rk3568 and rk3588

Allow RK3568 and RK3588 based boards to get the RAM bank configuration
from the ROCKCHIP_TPL stage instead of the current logic. This fixes
both an issue where 256MB of RAM is blocked for devices with >= 4GB
of RAM and where memory holes need to be defined for devices with
more than 16GB of RAM. In the event that neither SoC is used or the
ROCKCHIP_TPL stage is not used, fall back to existing logic.

The logic handles creating memory holes from reserved memory areas
defined in mem_map data struct in SoC C files, but only if the DRAM area
overlaps with one reserved memory area.

Since mem_map data struct is used, it should be rather straightforward
to add support for other SoCs if needed.

The logic is taken from Rockchip's U-Boot tag linux-5.10-gen-rkr4.1
(e08e32143dd).

Note that Rockchip's U-Boot/TF-A/OP-TEE modify the ATAGS at runtime as
well, but the DDR_MEM tag seems to be pretty much stable (though BL31
seems to be reserving only 1MB for itself at the moment).

u32 for ATAGS is used because it simplifies the pointer arithmetic and
it's expected that ATAGS are always below the 4GB limit allowed by u32.

Newer DRAM initialization blobs from vendor can encode sdram info in a
new version 3 format. The new format makes use of more bits in sys_reg3
compared to the version 2 format.

Add basic support for detecting the version 3 format and decoding the
high bits used for ddrtype.

This fixes decode of sdram size on my RK3568 boards that have LPDDR4X.

Details on the new format was deciphered from vendor u-boot commit [1].

global: Move remaining CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_* to CFG_SYS_SDRAM_*

The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM
namespace do not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely
should come from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG
namespace and in to CFG namespace.

lib: optee: remove the duplicate CONFIG_OPTEE

The configuration CONFIG_OPTEE is defined 2 times:
1- in lib/optee/Kconfig for support of OPTEE images loaded by bootm command
2- in drivers/tee/optee/Kconfig for support of OP-TEE driver.

It is abnormal to have the same CONFIG define for 2 purpose;
and it is difficult to managed correctly their dependencies.

Moreover CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is defined in common/spl/Kconfig
to manage OPTEE image load in SPL.

This definition causes an issue with the macro CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OPTEE)
to test the availability of the OP-TEE driver.

This patch cleans the configuration dependency with:
- CONFIG_OPTEE_IMAGE (renamed) => support of OP-TEE image in U-Boot
- CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE_IMAGE (renamed) => support of OP-TEE image in SPL
- CONFIG_OPTEE (same) => support of OP-TEE driver in U-Boot
- CONFIG_OPTEE_LIB (new) => support of OP-TEE library

After this patch, the macro have the correct behavior:
- CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OPTEE_IMAGE) => Load of OP-TEE image is supported
- CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OPTEE) => OP-TEE driver is supported

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

rockchip: sdram: fix dram_init_banksize

Currently 2.5 GB is calculated as DRAM size for a 1 GB RK322x board
if CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is set. This is troublesome when booting a
linux kernel since this size will be injected in FDT of the kernel.

gd->bd->bi_dram[0].start (which is basically CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE)
must not be taken into consideration for calculation of second bank
size, since this offset is already included in calculation of "top".

After applying this patch 992 MB (1024 MB - 32 MB reserved for
optee-os) is correctly calculated and has also been verified on
2 GB boards.

Since we have new DRAM type and to support different DRAM size in different
CS, we need more bits, so introduce sys_reg3 to record the info.
Note that the info in sys_reg3 is extension to sys_reg2 and the info in
sys_reg2 is the same as before. We define the DRAM_INFO with sys_reg3 as
VERSION2.
All the ENC macro are moved to sdram_common.h since the sdram.c only
need to do the info decode.

rockchip: sdram: fix dram_init_banksize

Currently 2.5 GB is calculated as DRAM size for a 1 GB RK322x board
if CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is set. This is troublesome when booting a
linux kernel since this size will be injected in FDT of the kernel.

gd->bd->bi_dram[0].start (which is basically CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE)
must not be taken into consideration for calculation of second bank
size, since this offset is already included in calculation of "top".

After applying this patch 992 MB (1024 MB - 32 MB reserved for
optee-os) is correctly calculated and has also been verified on
2 GB boards.

Since we have new DRAM type and to support different DRAM size in different
CS, we need more bits, so introduce sys_reg3 to record the info.
Note that the info in sys_reg3 is extension to sys_reg2 and the info in
sys_reg2 is the same as before. We define the DRAM_INFO with sys_reg3 as
VERSION2.
All the ENC macro are moved to sdram_common.h since the sdram.c only
need to do the info decode.

Newer DRAM initialization blobs from vendor can encode sdram info in a
new version 3 format. The new format makes use of more bits in sys_reg3
compared to the version 2 format.

Add basic support for detecting the version 3 format and decoding the
high bits used for ddrtype.

This fixes decode of sdram size on my RK3568 boards that have LPDDR4X.

Details on the new format was deciphered from vendor u-boot commit [1].

The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM
namespace do not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely
should come from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG
namespace and in to CFG namespace.

lib: optee: remove the duplicate CONFIG_OPTEE

The configuration CONFIG_OPTEE is defined 2 times:
1- in lib/optee/Kconfig for support of OPTEE images loaded by bootm command
2- in drivers/tee/optee/Kconfig for support of OP-TEE driver.

It is abnormal to have the same CONFIG define for 2 purpose;
and it is difficult to managed correctly their dependencies.

Moreover CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is defined in common/spl/Kconfig
to manage OPTEE image load in SPL.

This definition causes an issue with the macro CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OPTEE)
to test the availability of the OP-TEE driver.

This patch cleans the configuration dependency with:
- CONFIG_OPTEE_IMAGE (renamed) => support of OP-TEE image in U-Boot
- CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE_IMAGE (renamed) => support of OP-TEE image in SPL
- CONFIG_OPTEE (same) => support of OP-TEE driver in U-Boot
- CONFIG_OPTEE_LIB (new) => support of OP-TEE library

After this patch, the macro have the correct behavior:
- CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OPTEE_IMAGE) => Load of OP-TEE image is supported
- CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(OPTEE) => OP-TEE driver is supported

a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

Currently 2.5 GB is calculated as DRAM size for a 1 GB RK322x board
if CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is set. This is troublesome when booting a
linux kernel since this size will be injected in FDT of the kernel.

gd->bd->bi_dram[0].start (which is basically CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE)
must not be taken into consideration for calculation of second bank
size, since this offset is already included in calculation of "top".

After applying this patch 992 MB (1024 MB - 32 MB reserved for
optee-os) is correctly calculated and has also been verified on
2 GB boards.

Since we have new DRAM type and to support different DRAM size in different
CS, we need more bits, so introduce sys_reg3 to record the info.
Note that the info in sys_reg3 is extension to sys_reg2 and the info in
sys_reg2 is the same as before. We define the DRAM_INFO with sys_reg3 as
VERSION2.
All the ENC macro are moved to sdram_common.h since the sdram.c only
need to do the info decode.

Since we have new DRAM type and to support different DRAM size in different
CS, we need more bits, so introduce sys_reg3 to record the info.
Note that the info in sys_reg3 is extension to sys_reg2 and the info in
sys_reg2 is the same as before. We define the DRAM_INFO with sys_reg3 as
VERSION2.
All the ENC macro are moved to sdram_common.h since the sdram.c only
need to do the info decode.

Currently 2.5 GB is calculated as DRAM size for a 1 GB RK322x board
if CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is set. This is troublesome when booting a
linux kernel since this size will be injected in FDT of the kernel.

gd->bd->bi_dram[0].start (which is basically CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE)
must not be taken into consideration for calculation of second bank
size, since this offset is already included in calculation of "top".

After applying this patch 992 MB (1024 MB - 32 MB reserved for
optee-os) is correctly calculated and has also been verified on
2 GB boards.

CS, we need more bits, so introduce sys_reg3 to record the info.
Note that the info in sys_reg3 is extension to sys_reg2 and the info in
sys_reg2 is the same as before. We define the DRAM_INFO with sys_reg3 as
VERSION2.
All the ENC macro are moved to sdram_common.h since the sdram.c only
need to do the info decode.

rockchip: sdram: extend to use sys_reg3 for capacity info

Since we have new DRAM type and to support different DRAM size in different
CS, we need more bits, so introduce sys_reg3 to record the info.
Note that the info in sys_reg3 is extension to sys_reg2 and the info in
sys_reg2 is the same as before. We define the DRAM_INFO with sys_reg3 as
VERSION2.
All the ENC macro are moved to sdram_common.h since the sdram.c only
need to do the info decode.

Currently 2.5 GB is calculated as DRAM size for a 1 GB RK322x board
if CONFIG_SPL_OPTEE is set. This is troublesome when booting a
linux kernel since this size will be injected in FDT of the kernel.

gd->bd->bi_dram[0].start (which is basically CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE)
must not be taken into consideration for calculation of second bank
size, since this offset is already included in calculation of "top".

After applying this patch 992 MB (1024 MB - 32 MB reserved for
optee-os) is correctly calculated and has also been verified on
2 GB boards.
