libethdrivers: Add imx8mq-evk support

The imx8mq-evk reuses the imx6 Ethernet drivers as the devices and setup
are very similar. This is a bit of a hack at the moment and will
eventually be cleaned up.

Fixed problem of driver failing to map MUXC if it is already mapped by the mux subsystem. If mux subsystem has already the MUXC mapped, calls into the mux API to retrieve the vaddr of the MUX controller

Fix whitespace

- remove trailing whitespace
- remove duplicate blank lines
- remove blank lines at end of file
