Edited the Makefile for hol-mode so as to produce both postscript and pdf versions of the Emacs/XEmacs hol-mode command documentation. Also edited the properties for the directory so as to ignore files resulting from building the documentation.

Modified documentation to bring it up to date with changes suggested by
Axel Mamode after three months using the mode. Removed files from the
repository that are outputs of the build process.
