AF_LOCAL was a failed attempt (by POSIX?) to seem less UNIX-specific, but
AF_UNIX is both the historical _and_ standard name, so prefer and recommend
it in the headers, manpages, and kernel.

sync struct ifreq with if.h. ifr_vnetid is now a proper member of
struct ifreq and is no longer overloaded with ifr_metric. Moreover,
ifr_index and ifr_llprio were missing and mandoc -Tlint complained

Remove an OpenBSD-specific tweak regarding .Xr spacing

This tweak was originally added for compatibility with groff-1.15,
which is no longer needed.
