Add support for ASIX AX88772 10/100 based adapters which are very similiar to the gigabit AX88178 but with a different initialisation routine because the PHY is not external.
Man page changes reviewed by jmc@ and oxford commas added per his sugestion.
Thanks to Bruno Scap for donating an adapter.
