sparc64 disklabel(8) must be compiled with SUN_CYLCHECK and SUN_AAT0.

sparc64 auto allocation during install does not use fdisk(8).

Add *.sparc64.ok files that reflect sparc64 reality.

Should fix disklabel(8) regression on sparc64.
