kdump.1: use past tense for history

Add comma in enumeration.

for correct formatting of the SYNOPSIS any longer.

It's easy for ktrace can generate trace files that contain data from
multiple processes, so let's add a "-p pid" option to kdump so that it
can pull out the data for one process easily.

use 'trstr' for parameter to -t; both 'cenis' (SYNOPSIS) and 'cnis' (DESCRIPTION)
were already out of date and we really don't want keep the info on two
places

clarify -e usage

More and more .Os cleanups. .Os is defined in the tmac.doc-common file,
so we shouldn't override it with versions in the manpages. Many more to
