selftests/bpf: Move kfunc exports to bpf_testmod/bpf_testmod_kfunc.h

Move all kfunc exports into separate bpf_testmod_kfunc.h header file
and include it in tests that need it.

We will move all test kfuncs into bpf_testmod in following change,
so it's convenient to have declarations in single place.

The bpf_testmod_kfunc.h is included by both bpf_testmod and bpf
programs that use test kfuncs.

As suggested by David, the bpf_testmod_kfunc.h includes vmlinux.h
and bpf/bpf_helpers.h for bpf programs build, so the declarations
have proper __ksym attribute and we can resolve all the structs.

Note in kfunc_call_test_subprog.c we can no longer use the sk_state
define from bpf_tcp_helpers.h (because it clashed with vmlinux.h)
and we need to address __sk_common.skc_state field directly.

# 09b501d9 16-Apr-2023 David Vernet <void@manifault.com>

bpf: Remove bpf_kfunc_call_test_kptr_get() test kfunc

We've managed to improve the UX for kptrs significantly over the last 9
months. All of the prior main use cases, struct bpf_cpumask *, struct
task_struct *, and struct cgroup *, have all been updated to be
synchronized mainly using RCU. In other words, their KF_ACQUIRE kfunc
calls are all KF_RCU, and the pointers themselves are MEM_RCU and can be
accessed in an RCU read region in BPF.

In a follow-on change, we'll be removing the KF_KPTR_GET kfunc flag.
This patch prepares for that by removing the
bpf_kfunc_call_test_kptr_get() kfunc, and all associated selftests.

selftests/bpf: fix lots of silly mistakes pointed out by compiler

Once we enable -Wall for BPF sources, compiler will complain about lots
of unused variables, variables that are set but never read, etc.

Fix all these issues first before enabling -Wall in Makefile.

# 03b77e17 02-Mar-2023 Alexei Starovoitov <ast@kernel.org>

bpf: Rename __kptr_ref -> __kptr and __kptr -> __kptr_untrusted.

__kptr meant to store PTR_UNTRUSTED kernel pointers inside bpf maps.
The concept felt useful, but didn't get much traction,
since bpf_rdonly_cast() was added soon after and bpf programs received
a simpler way to access PTR_UNTRUSTED kernel pointers
without going through restrictive __kptr usage.

Rename __kptr_ref -> __kptr and __kptr -> __kptr_untrusted to indicate
its intended usage.
The main goal of __kptr_untrusted was to read/write such pointers
directly while bpf_kptr_xchg was a mechanism to access refcnted
kernel pointers. The next patch will allow RCU protected __kptr access
with direct read. At that point __kptr_untrusted will be deprecated.

selftests/bpf: Add more tests for kptrs in maps

Firstly, ensure programs successfully load when using all of the
supported maps. Then, extend existing tests to test more cases at
runtime. We are currently testing both the synchronous freeing of items
and asynchronous destruction when map is freed, but the code needs to be
adjusted a bit to be able to also accomodate support for percpu maps.

We now do a delete on the item (and update for array maps which has a
similar effect for kptrs) to perform a synchronous free of the kptr, and
test destruction both for the synchronous and asynchronous deletion.
Next time the program runs, it should observe the refcount as 1 since
all existing references should have been released by then. By running
the program after both possible paths freeing kptrs, we establish that
they correctly release resources. Next, we augment the existing test to
also test the same code path shared by all local storage maps using a
task local storage map.

# 62d101d5 14-Feb-2023 Alexei Starovoitov <ast@kernel.org>

selftests/bpf: Fix map_kptr test.

The compiler is optimizing out majority of unref_ptr read/writes, so the test
wasn't testing much. For example, one could delete '__kptr' tag from
'struct prog_test_ref_kfunc __kptr *unref_ptr;' and the test would still "pass".

Convert it to volatile stores. Confirmed by comparing bpf asm before/after.

selftests/bpf: Add C tests for kptr

This uses the __kptr and __kptr_ref macros as well, and tries to test
the stuff that is supposed to work, since we have negative tests in
test_verifier suite. Also include some code to test map-in-map support,
such that the inner_map_meta matches the kptr_off_tab of map added as
element.
