perf vendor events intel: Update icelakex TMA metrics to 4.7

Top-Down Microarchitecture Analysis (TMA) metrics simplify
cycle-accounting using microarchitecture-abstracted metrics
organized in one hierarchy. This update is from version 4.5 to
4.7.

The update includes:

- tma_info_bottleneck* metrics, an abstraction or summarization of
the 100+ TMA tree nodes into 12-entry familiar performance metrics.
- Reduce number of events (multiplexing) for tma_info_system_gflops,
tma_info_core_flopc, tma_info_inst_mix_ipflop and tma_ports_utilized_0.
- Fixes for tma_info_bottleneck_mispredictions and
tma_info_bad_spec_branch_misprediction_cost.
- New tma_info_inst_mix_ippause metric.
- tma_serializing_operation is raised to level 3.
- Swapped tma_info_core_ilp (becomes per SMT thread) and
tma_info_pipeline_execute (per physical core).
- tma_nop_instructions and tma_shuffles_256b are lowered to level 4
under tma_other_light_ops_group.
- Reduced number of events when SMT is off.
- Tuned thresholds for tma_info_bottleneck_branching_overhead,
tma_fetch_bandwidth and tma_ports_utilized_3m.

perf metric: JSON flag to default metric group

For the default output, the default metric group could vary on different
platforms. For example, on SPR, the TopdownL1 and TopdownL2 metrics
should be displayed in the default mode. On ICL, only the TopdownL1
should be displayed.

Add a flag so we can tag the default metric group for different
platforms rather than hack the perf code.

The flag is added to Intel TopdownL1 since ICL and ADL, TopdownL2
metrics since SPR.

Add a new field, DefaultMetricgroupName, in the JSON file to indicate
the real metric group name.

perf metric: JSON flag to not group events if gathering a metric group

Some metric groups have metrics that don't have fully overlapping
events, meaning that the group's events become unique event groups that
may need to multiplex with each other. This can be particularly
unfortunate when the groups wouldn't need to multiplex because there are
sufficient hardware counters.

Add a flag so that if recording a metric group then the metrics within
the group needn't use groups for their events. The flag is added to
Intel TopdownL1 and TopdownL2 metrics.

perf vendor events intel: Refresh icelakex metrics and events

Update the icelakex metrics and events using the new tooling from:

https://github.com/intel/perfmon

The metrics are unchanged but the formulas differ due to parentheses,
use of exponents and removal of redundant operations like "* 1". The
order of metrics varies as TMA metrics are first converted and then
removed if perfmon versions are found. The events are updated to 1.17,
in particular uncore, with fixes to uncore events and improved
descriptions. The formatting changes increase consistency across the

perf vendor events intel: Fix icelakex cstate metrics

Apply cstate fix from:

https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/

so that metrics for cstates that exist on the particular architecture
are generated. This corrects issues with metric testing.

Also correct topic of ASSISTS.ANY event.

# 09625cff 31-Jan-2022 Ian Rogers <irogers@google.com>

perf vendor events: Update metrics for IcelakeX

Based on TMA_metrics-full.csv version 4.3 at 01.org:
https://download.01.org/perfmon/
Events are updated to version 1.11:
https://download.01.org/perfmon/ICX
Json files generated by:
https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf

Tested:

...
6: Parse event definition strings : Ok
7: Simple expression parser : Ok
...
9: Parse perf pmu format : Ok
10: PMU events :
10.1: PMU event table sanity : Ok
10.2: PMU event map aliases : Ok
10.3: Parsing of PMU event table metrics : Ok
10.4: Parsing of PMU event table metrics with fake PMUs : Ok
...
68: Parse and process metrics : Ok
...
88: perf stat metrics (shadow stat) test : Ok
89: perf all metricgroups test : Ok
90: perf all metrics test : FAILED!
91: perf all PMU test : Ok
...

Test 90 failed due to MEM_PMM_Read_Latency as the test machine
lacks optane memory, and the divide by 0 causes the metric not to
print - which is intended behavior.

perf vendor-events: Fix all remaining invalid JSON files

Remove trailing commas. A later commit will make the parser more strict
and these will not be valid anymore.
