perf test: Adjust case of test metrics

Icelake and later architectures have slots events and SLOTS metrics
meaning case sensitivity is important. Make the test metrics case
agree with the name of the metrics.

perf pmu-events: Move test events/metrics to JSON

Move arrays of pmu_events into the JSON code so that it may be
regenerated and modified by the jevents.py script.
