ASoC: SOF: Intel: hda: add per-chip enable_sdw_irq() callback Different generations of Intel hardware rely on different programming sequences to enable SoundWire IP. In existing hardware, the SoundWire interrupt is enabled with a register field in the DSP register space. With HDaudio multi-link extensions registers, the SoundWire interrupt will be enabled with a generic interrupt enable field in LCTL, without any dependency on the DSP being enabled. Add a per-chip callback following the example of the check_sdw_irq() model already upstream. Note that the callback is not populated yet for MeteorLake (MTL) since the interrupts are already enabled in the init. A follow-up patch will move the functionality to this callback after a couple of cleanups. ASoC: SOF: remove const qualifier for 'struct snd_sof_dsp_ops' Now that we start having multiple platforms with minor variants, the use of the const qualifier for 'dsp_ops' is starting to be sub-optimal: the structures are copied across platforms, with only a couple of members that differ. In follow-up patches, the dsp_ops will revisited for Intel HDaudio platforms, with the differences added programmatically over a common baseline. ASoC: SOF: Intel: hda-stream: limit PROCEN workaround The work-around enabled in hda-stream.c is only required on earlier versions of SOCs/PCH (Skylake, KabyLake, ApolloLake, GeminiLake). Before setting the format on the host DMA, it is required to couple the host and link DMA - which as a consequence shall use the same format. This patch introduces a quirk field in the platform descriptor and makes the work-around conditional. Newer platforms have no limitations on the use of host and link DMA, which can use different formats. ASoC: SOF: ACPI: avoid reverse module dependency The SOF-ACPI driver is backwards from the normal Linux model, it has a generic driver that knows about all the specific drivers, as opposed to having hardware specific drivers that link against a common framework. This requires ugly Kconfig magic and leads to missed dependencies as seen in this link error: arm-linux-gnueabi-ld: sound/soc/sof/sof-pci-dev.o: in function `sof_acpi_probe': sof-pci-dev.c:(.text+0x1c): undefined reference to `snd_intel_dsp_driver_probe' Change it to use the normal probe order of starting with a specific device in a driver, turning the sof-acpi-dev.c driver into a library (exported symbols are name-spaced to avoid symbol pollution). For backwards-compatibility with previous Kconfigs, the default values for platform drivers uses the top-level ACPI configurations. The modules were also renamed to allow for gradual transitions in test scripts.
