ASoC: pxa: remove duplicated CONFIG_SND_PXA2XX_AC97 entry

'config SND_PXA2XX_AC97' is already present in sound/arm/Kconfig with
a prompt.

Commit 734c2d4bb7cf ("[ALSA] ASoC pxa2xx build support") redundantly
added the second one to sound/soc/pxa/Kconfig.

Remove it.

ASoC: pxa: sspa: Don't select SND_ARM

On ARM64 platforms, SND_ARM shouldn't be selectable, but enabling
SND_SOC_MMP_SSPA will enable SND_ARM and cause build errors if
SND_ARMAACI is enabled (which it is by default). Since the SSPA driver
doesn't depend on AACI nor PXA2XX_LIB, remove this false dependency.

When building a PXA kernel without legacy board file support,
the AC97 code is not built, so none of the AC97 drivers

# a97e384b 11-May-2020 Lubomir Rintel <lkundrak@v3.sk>

ASoC: mmp-sspa: Add Device Tree support

This makes it possible to select CONFIG_SND_MMP_SOC_SSPA directly, as
opposed to via CONFIG_SND_MMP_SOC, and for the driver to bind to a device
tree node. That makes the driver useful on Device Tree based systems,
with audio-graph-card or simple-card.

The aforementioned card drivers control the master clock themselves and
don't call the set_dai_sysclk() or set_dai_pll(), thus the respective
handlers don't serve any purpose anymore. Instead, they return early and
the hw_params() handler sets the appropriate bitclk itself.

The register range is split into two -- for the RX block and for the TX
block. On a MMP2 there are two pairs of them; the first one has the
clock controller in the middle, while the second just has a hole:

0xd42a0c00 - 0xd42a0c30 RX1
0xd42a0c30 - 0xd42a0c40 Clocks
0xd42a0c80 - 0xd42a0cb0 TX1
0xd42a0d00 - 0xd42a0d30 RX2
0xd42a0d80 - 0xd42a0cb0 TX2

For this reason, mmp_sspa_write_reg() and mmp_sspa_read_reg() are
replaced with direct calls to I/O routines.

Tested on a MMP2-based OLPC XO-1.75 laptop with rt5631 coded, mmp_tdma DMA
engine and MMP2 clock controller glued together with audio-graph-card.

ASoC: pxa: change ac97 dependencies

Enabling both the old AC97_BUS code and the new AC97_BUS_COMPAT causes
problems because both modules provide an exported snd_ac97_reset()
function.

I had tried to fix the problem of having both coexist earlier, but
my patch only prevented them from being built-in. This is because
of a special Kconfig feature that lets a symbol have a dependency
on another one being disabled, but still allow both to be loadable
modules.

Changing the dependency to =n avoids that problem, now we can only
build the new driver if the old one is completely disabled.

If we could figure out a way to let rename one of the reset
functions and have each driver link to exactly the old or
the compat code, that would also work, but I could not find if
that's possible.

ASoC: Remove depends on HAS_DMA in case of platform dependency

Remove dependencies on HAS_DMA where a Kconfig symbol depends on another
symbol that implies HAS_DMA, and, optionally, on "|| COMPILE_TEST".
In most cases this other symbol is an architecture or platform specific

Generic symbols and drivers without platform dependencies keep their
dependencies on HAS_DMA, to prevent compiling subsystems or drivers that
cannot work anyway.

This simplifies the dependencies, and allows to improve compile-testing.

The previous fix of pxa library support, which was introduced to fix the
library dependency, broke the previous SoC behavior, where a machine
code binding pxa2xx-ac97 with a coded relied on :
- sound/soc/pxa/pxa2xx-ac97.c
- sound/soc/codecs/XXX.c

For example, the mioa701_wm9713.c machine code is currently broken. The

ASoC: pxa: add I2C dependencies as needed

We have in the past added 'depends on I2C' for some of the PXA boards
after hitting randconfig build bugs. I have seens a couple of new
bugs in this area during the linux-next cycle for 3.16, after it
became possible to build some more PXA machines with I2C disabled.

To shut this up for good, this adds the dependency to every board
that uses I2C as the interface to the codec. I have gone through
all board files and verified that they all either use AC97 or
I2C, and this annotates the latter. Some of these already enable
I2C from mach-pxa/Kconfig, but since that can change it's better
to be explicit here.

The link error that can result otherwise happens when CONFIG_I2C
is set to 'm' and the codec driver is built-in as a result of being
selected by the platform specific glue.

ASoC: mmp: add sspa support

The SSPA is a configurable multi-channel audio serial (TDM) interface.
It's configurable at runtime to support up to 128 channels and the
number of bits per sample: 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 and 32 bits. It also
support stereo format: I2S, left-justified or right-justified.

ASoC: Fix dependency for SND_SOC_RAUMFELD and SND_PXA2XX_SOC_HX4700

SND_SOC_RAUMFELD selects SND_SOC_CS4270 which needs CONFIG_I2C,

# 8f0dc655 07-Feb-2009 Robert Jarzmik <robert.jarzmik@free.fr>

ASoC: Add initial support of Mitac mioa701 device SoC.

This machine driver enables sound functions on Mitac mio
a701 smartphone. Build upon ASoC v1, it handles :
- rear speaker
- front speaker
- microphone
- GSM

A global "Mio Mode" switch is not yet provided to cope with
audio path setup. As balance on audio chip line is no more
assured, an incorrect setup can produce a lot of heat and
even fry the battery behind the wm9713 and the speaker
amplifier.

It doesn't cope with :
- headset jack
- mio master mode
- master volume control

This driver is backported from ASoc v2, and amputated from
scenario setups and master volume control.
