ASoC: wm8731: Factor out the I2C and SPI bus code into separate modules

Placing both the I2C and SPI code in the same module causes problems with
mixes of modular and non-modular builds of the buses so it's generally bad
practice. As with other drivers split the bus code out of the WM8731 driver
into separate modules.

ASoC: atmel: ATMEL drivers don't need HAS_DMA

On a config (such as arch/sh/) which does not set HAS_DMA when MMU
is not set, several ATMEL ASoC drivers select symbols that cause
kconfig warnings. There is one "depends on HAS_DMA" which is no longer
needed. Dropping it eliminates the kconfig warnings and still builds
with no problems reported.

Fix the following kconfig warnings:

ASoC: mchp-i2s-mcc: add driver for I2SC Multi-Channel Controller

The Inter-IC Sound Controller (I2SMCC) provides a 5-wire, bidirectional,
synchronous, digital audio link to external audio devices: I2SMCC_DIN,
I2SMCC_DOUT, I2SMCC_WS, I2SMCC_CK, and I2SMCC_MCK pins.
The I2SMCC complies with the Inter-IC Sound (I2S) bus specification and
supports a Time Division Multiplexed (TDM) interface with external
multi-channel audio codecs.
The I2SMCC consists of a receiver, a transmitter and a common clock
generator that can be enabled separately to provide Master, Slave or
Controller modes with receiver and/or transmitter active.
DMA Controller channels, separate for the receiver and for the transmitter,
allow a continuous high bit rate data transfer without processor
intervention to the following:
- Audio CODECs in Master, Slave, or Controller mode
- Stereo DAC or ADC through a dedicated I2S serial interface
- Multi-channel or multiple stereo DACs or ADCs, using the TDM format

This AT91 specific Kconfig option removed the code that dealt with
programmable clocks. Each AT91 SoC embeds programmable clocks and
there is little gain to remove this code in case that such a clock

If this option is not selected, it causes certain drivers to fail
to build. We simply remove this option instead of adding code just
to build a workaround.

ASoC: atmel: machine driver for at91sam9x5-wm8731 boards

Description of the Asoc machine driver for an at91sam9x5 based board
with a wm8731 audio DAC. Wm8731 is clocked by a crystal and used as a
master on the SSC/I2S interface. Its connections are a headphone jack
and an Line input jack.

ASoC: Fix recursive dependency due to select ATMEL_SSC in SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC

commit 739be96 "ASoC: Fix build dependency for SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC"
introduces below build warnings:

drivers/misc/Kconfig:212:error: recursive dependency detected!
drivers/misc/Kconfig:212: symbol ATMEL_SSC is selected by SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC
sound/soc/atmel/Kconfig:9: symbol SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC is selected by SND_AT91_SOC_SAM9G20_WM8731
sound/soc/atmel/Kconfig:18: symbol SND_AT91_SOC_SAM9G20_WM8731 depends on ATMEL_SSC

SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC needs ATMEL_SSC to pass compilation.
This patch remove the "select ATMEL_SSC" from SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC to avoid above
warnings. And then ensures all the machine drivers that select SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC
need to depend on ATMEL_SSC.

ASoC: Merge AT91 and AVR32 support into a single atmel architecture

The Ateml AT91 and AVR32 SoC share common IP for audio and can share the
same driver code using the atmel-ssc API provided for both architectures.
Do this, creating a new unified atmel ASoC architecture to replace the
previous at32 and at91 ones.

[This was contributed as a patch series for reviewability but has been
squashed down to a single commit to help preserve both the history and
bisectability. A small bugfix from Jukka is included.]
