kexec_file: print out debugging message if required

Then when specifying '-d' for kexec_file_load interface, loaded locations
of kernel/initrd/cmdline etc can be printed out to help debug.

Here replace pr_debug() with the newly added kexec_dprintk() in kexec_file
loading related codes.

And also print out type/start/head of kimage and flags to help debug.

kexec_lock: Replace kexec_mutex() by kexec_lock() in two comments

kexec_mutex is replaced by an atomic variable
in 05c6257433b (panic, kexec: make __crash_kexec() NMI safe).

But there are still two comments that referenced kexec_mutex,
replace them by kexec_lock.

x86/kexec: Carry forward IMA measurement log on kexec

On kexec file load, the Integrity Measurement Architecture (IMA)
subsystem may verify the IMA signature of the kernel and initramfs, and
measure it. The command line parameters passed to the kernel in the
kexec call may also be measured by IMA.

A remote attestation service can verify a TPM quote based on the TPM
event log, the IMA measurement list and the TPM PCR data. This can
be achieved only if the IMA measurement log is carried over from the
current kernel to the next kernel across the kexec call.

PowerPC and ARM64 both achieve this using device tree with a
"linux,ima-kexec-buffer" node. x86 platforms generally don't make use of
device tree, so use the setup_data mechanism to pass the IMA buffer to
the new kernel.

ima: silence measurement list hexdump during kexec

Directly calling print_hex_dump() dumps the IMA measurement list on soft
resets (kexec) straight to the syslog (kmsg/dmesg) without considering the
DEBUG flag or the dynamic debug state, causing the output to be always
printed, including during boot time.

Since this output is only valid for IMA debugging, but not necessary on
normal kexec operation, print_hex_dump_debug() adheres to the pr_debug()
behavior: the dump is only printed to syslog when DEBUG is defined or when
explicitly requested by the user through dynamic debugging.

The function prototype for ima_add_kexec_buffer() is present
in 'linux/ima.h'. But this header file is not included in

in the following compiler warning when "-Wmissing-prototypes" flag

powerpc: Move arch independent ima kexec functions to drivers/of/kexec.c

The functions defined in "arch/powerpc/kexec/ima.c" handle setting up
and freeing the resources required to carry over the IMA measurement
list from the current kernel to the next kernel across kexec system call.
These functions do not have architecture specific code, but are
currently limited to powerpc.

Move remove_ima_buffer() and setup_ima_buffer() calls into
of_kexec_alloc_and_setup_fdt() defined in "drivers/of/kexec.c".

Move the remaining architecture independent functions from
"arch/powerpc/kexec/ima.c" to "drivers/of/kexec.c".
Delete "arch/powerpc/kexec/ima.c" and "arch/powerpc/include/asm/ima.h".

mm: convert totalram_pages and totalhigh_pages variables to atomic

totalram_pages and totalhigh_pages are made static inline function.

Main motivation was that managed_page_count_lock handling was complicating
things. It was discussed in length here,
https://lore.kernel.org/patchwork/patch/995739/#1181785 So it seemes
better to remove the lock and convert variables to atomic, with preventing
poteintial store-to-read tearing as a bonus.

ima: define a canonical binary_runtime_measurements list format

The IMA binary_runtime_measurements list is currently in platform native
format.

To allow restoring a measurement list carried across kexec with a
different endianness than the targeted kernel, this patch defines
little-endian as the canonical format. For big endian systems wanting
to save/restore the measurement list from a system with a different
endianness, a new boot command line parameter named "ima_canonical_fmt"
is defined.

Considerations: use of the "ima_canonical_fmt" boot command line option
will break existing userspace applications on big endian systems
expecting the binary_runtime_measurements list to be in platform native
format.
