scripts/gdb: add constants.py to .gitignore

Since scripts/gdb/linux/constants.py is autogenerated, this should have
been added to .gitignore when it was introduced.

scripts/gdb: ignore byte-compiled python files

Using the gdb scripts leaves byte-compiled python files in the scripts/
directory. These should be ignored by git.
