dt-bindings: use capital "OR" for multiple licenses in SPDX

Documentation/process/license-rules.rst and checkpatch expect the SPDX
identifier syntax for multiple licenses to use capital "OR". Correct it
to keep consistent format and avoid copy-paste issues.

Correct also the format // -> .* in few Allwinner binding headers as
pointed out by checkpatch:

WARNING: Improper SPDX comment style for 'include/dt-bindings/reset/sun50i-h6-ccu.h', please use '/*' instead

dt-bindings: clock: add IDs for SCMI clocks on stm32mp15

stm32mp15 TZ secure firmware provides SCMI clocks for oscillators, some
PLL output and few secure aware interfaces.
This change defines the SCMI clock identifiers used by SCMI agents
and servers.
Server SCMI0 exposes clocks and reset controllers for resources under
RCC[TZEN] configuration control.
Server SCMI1 exposes clocks for resources under RCC[MCKPROT] control.

dt-bindings: clock: remove unused definition for stm32mp1

A copy of LTDC_PX and ETHCK_K (LTDC_K and ETHMAC_K) was introduced in
stm32mp1 dt-bindings file by mistake.
These bindings are not used and shouldn't be use to be conform with
convention name of the stm32mp1 clock IP.

clk: stm32mp1: Introduce STM32MP1 clock driver

This patch introduces the mechanism to probe stm32mp1 driver.
It also defines registers definition.
This patch also introduces the generic mechanism to register
a clock (a simple gate, divider and fixed factor).

All clocks will be defined in one table.
