treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

$ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

treewide: Add SPDX license identifier - Makefile/Kconfig

# ceba1832 27-Jun-2016 Huw Davies <huw@codeweavers.com>

calipso: Set the calipso socket label to match the secattr.

CALIPSO is a hop-by-hop IPv6 option. A lot of this patch is based on
the equivalent CISPO code. The main difference is due to manipulating
the options in the hop-by-hop header.

# 38c94377 05-Nov-2006 Paul Moore <paul.moore@hp.com>

[NETLABEL]: Fix build failure.

> the build with the attached .config failed, make ends with:

> net/built-in.o: In function `netlbl_socket_getattr':

It looks like I was stupid and made NetLabel depend on CONFIG_NET and not
CONFIG_INET, the patch below should fix this by making NetLabel depend on
CONFIG_INET and CONFIG_SECURITY. Please review and apply for 2.6.19.

# d15c345f 03-Aug-2006 Paul Moore <paul.moore@hp.com>

[NetLabel]: core NetLabel subsystem

Add a new kernel subsystem, NetLabel, to provide explicit packet
labeling services (CIPSO, RIPSO, etc.) to LSM developers. NetLabel is
designed to work in conjunction with a LSM to intercept and decode
security labels on incoming network packets as well as ensure that
outgoing network packets are labeled according to the security
mechanism employed by the LSM. The NetLabel subsystem is configured
through a Generic NETLINK interface described in the header files
included in this patch.
