headers: Remove some left-over license text in include/uapi/linux/v4l2-*

Remove some left-over from commit e2be04c7f995 ("License cleanup: add SPDX
license identifier to uapi header files with a license")

When the SPDX-License-Identifier tag has been added, the corresponding
license text has not been removed.

Remove it now.

# 62aacfa9 27-Aug-2020 Dafna Hirschfeld <dafna.hirschfeld@collabora.com>

media: v4l2: extend the CSC API to subdevice.

This patch extends the CSC API in video devices to be supported
also on sub-devices. The flag V4L2_MBUS_FRAMEFMT_SET_CSC set by
the application when calling VIDIOC_SUBDEV_S_FMT ioctl.
The flags:

V4L2_SUBDEV_MBUS_CODE_CSC_COLORSPACE,
V4L2_SUBDEV_MBUS_CODE_CSC_XFER_FUNC,
V4L2_SUBDEV_MBUS_CODE_CSC_YCBCR_ENC/V4L2_SUBDEV_MBUS_CODE_CSC_HSV_ENC
V4L2_SUBDEV_MBUS_CODE_CSC_QUANTIZATION

are set by the driver in the VIDIOC_SUBDEV_ENUM_MBUS_CODE ioctl.

New 'flags' fields were added to the structs
v4l2_subdev_mbus_code_enum, v4l2_mbus_framefmt which are borrowed
from the 'reserved' field

The patch also replaces the 'ycbcr_enc' field in
'struct v4l2_mbus_framefmt' with a union that includes 'hsv_enc'

media: v4l: doc: Clarify v4l2_mbus_fmt height definition

The v4l2_mbus_fmt width and height corresponds directly with the
v4l2_pix_format definitions, yet the differences in documentation make
it ambiguous what to do in the event of field heights.

Clarify this using the same text as is provided for the v4l2_pix_format
which is explicit on the matter, and by matching the terminology of
'image height' rather than the misleading 'frame height'.

# e2be04c7 01-Nov-2017 Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>

License cleanup: add SPDX license identifier to uapi header files with a license

Many user space API headers have licensing information, which is either
incomplete, badly formatted or just a shorthand for referring to the
license under which the file is supposed to be. This makes it hard for
compliance tools to determine the correct license.

Update these files with an SPDX license identifier. The identifier was
chosen based on the license information in the file.

GPL/LGPL licensed headers get the matching GPL/LGPL SPDX license
identifier with the added 'WITH Linux-syscall-note' exception, which is
the officially assigned exception identifier for the kernel syscall
exception:

NOTE! This copyright does *not* cover user programs that use kernel
services by normal system calls - this is merely considered normal use
of the kernel, and does *not* fall under the heading of "derived work".

This exception makes it possible to include GPL headers into non GPL
code, without confusing license compliance tools.

Headers which have either explicit dual licensing or are just licensed
under a non GPL license are updated with the corresponding SPDX
identifier and the GPLv2 with syscall exception identifier. The format
is:
((GPL-2.0 WITH Linux-syscall-note) OR SPDX-ID-OF-OTHER-LICENSE)

SPDX license identifiers are a legally binding shorthand, which can be
used instead of the full boiler plate text. The update does not remove
existing license information as this has to be done on a case by case
basis and the copyright holders might have to be consulted. This will
happen in a separate step.

This patch is based on work done by Thomas Gleixner and Kate Stewart and
Philippe Ombredanne. See the previous patch in this series for the
methodology of how this patch was researched.

[media] videodev2.h: add support for transfer functions

In the past the transfer function was implied by the colorspace. However,
it is an independent entity in its own right. Add support for explicitly
choosing the transfer function.

This change will allow us to represent linear RGB (as is used by openGL), and
it will make it easier to work with decoded video material since most codecs
store the transfer function as a separate property as well.

# f2d27e45 05-Dec-2014 Hans Verkuil <hans.verkuil@cisco.com>

[media] v4l2-mediabus.h: use two __u16 instead of two __u32

The ycbcr_enc and quantization fields do not need a __u32. Switch to
two __u16 types, thus preserving alignment and avoiding holes in the
struct. This makes one more __u32 available for future expansion.

[media] Move mediabus format definition to a more standard place

Define MEDIA_BUS_FMT macros (re-using the values defined in the
v4l2_mbus_pixelcode enum) into a separate header file so that they can be
used from the DRM/KMS subsystem without any reference to the V4L2
subsystem.

Then set V4L2_MBUS_FMT definitions to the MEDIA_BUS_FMT values using the
V4L2_MBUS_FROM_MEDIA_BUS_FMT macro.
