iio: Comment that the LSM303D also has the Magnetometer DRDY

Per its datasheet, the LSM303D also features that pin.

iio: magnetometer: st_magn: Provide default platform data

Provide default platform data for magnetometer in case it supports DRDY.

One case is LSM9DS0 IMU, on which it is the case. Since accelerometer
is using INT1, default magnetometer to INT2.

While at it, update description of the drdy_int_pin field.

# c91c1c84 11-Nov-2018 Lorenzo Bianconi <lorenzo.bianconi@redhat.com>

iio: imu: st_lsm6dsx: add i2c embedded controller support

i2c controller embedded in lsm6dx series can connect up to four
slave devices using accelerometer sensor as trigger for i2c
read/write operations.
Introduce sensor hub support for lsm6dso sensor. Add register map
for lis2mdl magnetometer sensor.
In order to perform single read/write operations st_lsm6dsx driver
relies on SLV0 channel (hw FIFO is not supported yet)

iio: accel: st_accel: add SPI-3wire support

Add SPI Serial Interface Mode (SIM) register information
in st_sensor_settings look up table to support devices
(like LSM303AGR accel sensor) that allow just SPI-3wire
communication mode. SIM mode has to be configured before any
other operation since it is not enabled by default and the driver
is not able to read without that configuration

Whilst a fairly substantial patch, the actual logic is simple and it
is better to have the generic fix than a band aid.

# 0e6f6871 14-Apr-2016 Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>

iio: st_sensors: support open drain mode

Some types of ST Sensors can be connected to the same IRQ line
as other peripherals using open drain. Add a device tree binding
and a sensor data property to flip the right bit in the interrupt
control register to enable open drain mode on the INT line.

If the line is set to be open drain, also tag on IRQF_SHARED
to the IRQ flags when requesting the interrupt, as the whole
point of using open drain interrupt lines is to share them with
more than one peripheral (wire-or).
