mfd: twl6040: Handle mclk used for HPPLL and optional internal clock source On some boards, like omap5-uevm the MCLK is gated by default and in order to be able to use the High performance modes of twl6040 it need to be enabled by SW. Add support for handling the MCLK source clock via CCF. At the same time lower the print priority of the notification that the 32K clock is not provided and it is not going to be handled by the driver. mfd: twl6040: Optional clk32k clock handling In certain boards the source for the clk32k clock can be gated. In these boards the clk32k clock can be provided to the driver and it is going to be enabled/disabled when it is needed. mfd: twl6040: Select i2c fast mode as default with regmap patch All boards using twl6040 configures the i2c bus to 400KHz. While twl6040's defaults to normal mode (100KHz). So far twl6040 has no problem with i2c communication in this configuration it is safer to select fast i2c mode. In order to avoid latency issues caused by I2C read access, cache the two control register within the core driver, so we do not need to reach out to the chip to read it back. ASoC: twl6040: Chip initialization cleanup There is no need to write to the vio registers at probe time, since most them either read only, or shared with MFD or not used. On the other hand it is a good idea to updated the ASICREV register in the cache at this time. After power up we need to restore some registers. Clean up the list to contain only the registers we are going to restore. mfd: twl6040: Add initial support TWL6040 IC provides analog high-end audio codec functions for handset applications. It contains several audio analog inputs and outputs as well as vibrator support. It's connected to the host processor via PDM interface for audio data communication. The audio modules are controlled by internal registers that can be accessed by I2C and PDM interface. TWL6040 MFD will be registered as a child of TWL-CORE, and will have two children of its own: twl6040-codec and twl6040-vibra. This driver is based on TWL4030 and WM8350 MFD drivers.
