usb: typec: qcom-pmic-typec: allow different implementations for the PD PHY

Rework Qualcomm PMIC TCPM driver to allow different platform-specific
implementations of the PD PHY interface. While majority of platforms
has the same of register for the PD PHY, some obscure ones (PMI632) do
not have real PD PHY support. Add proper interface between the main
module and the PD PHY backend to allow switching the PD PHY
implementation.

usb: typec: qcom-pmic-typec: fix arguments of qcom_pmic_typec_pdphy_set_roles

The function qcom_pmic_typec_set_roles() passes enum values as boolean
values to qcom_pmic_typec_pdphy_set_roles(), which then interprets them
as bit values. Be more explicit about it, pass enum values directly and
compute corresponding bit masks in qcom_pmic_typec_pdphy_set_roles().

# 3bbb9ba4 08-Jan-2024 RD Babiera <rdbabiera@google.com>

usb: typec: tcpci: add tcpm_transmit_type to tcpm_pd_receive

tcpm_pd_receive adds the SOP type as a parameter, and passes it within the
pd_rx_event struct for tcpm_pd_rx_handler to use. For now, the handler
drops all SOP' messages.

Maxim based tcpci drivers are capable of SOP' communication, so process_rx
now takes the SOP type into account and passes the value to
tcpm_pd_receive.

tcpci_set_pd_rx now utilizes the cable_comm_capable flag to determine if
TCPC_RX_DETECT_SOP1 should be added to the bitfield when enabling PD
message reception.

For all other consumers of tcpm_pd_receive, default the new field to
TCPC_TX_SOP.

usb: typec: qcom: Update the logic of regulator enable and disable

Removed the call logic of disable and enable regulator
in reset function. Enable the regulator in qcom_pmic_typec_start
function and disable it in qcom_pmic_typec_stop function to
avoid unbalanced regulator disable warnings.

# 484468fb 18-Jul-2023 Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>

usb: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

# a4422ff2 08-May-2023 Bryan O'Donoghue <bryan.odonoghue@linaro.org>

usb: typec: qcom: Add Qualcomm PMIC Type-C driver

This commit adds a QCOM PMIC TCPM driver with an initial pm8150b
block.

The driver is layered as follows:

qcom_pmic_typec.c : Responsible for registering with TCPM and arbitrates
access to the Type-C and PDPHY hardware blocks in one
place. This presents a single TCPM device to device to
the Linux TCPM layer.

qcom_pmic_typec_pdphy.c: Responsible for interfacing with the PDPHY hardware and
processing power-delivery related calls from TCPM.
This hardware binding can be extended to
facilitate similar hardware in different PMICs.

qcom_pmic_typec_port.c: Responsible for notifying and processing Type-C
related calls from TCPM. Similar to the pdphy this
layer can be extended to handle the specifics of
different Qualcomm PMIC Type-C port managers.

This code provides all of the same functionality as the existing
qcom typec driver plus power-delivery as well.

As a result commit 6c8cf3695176 ("usb: typec: Add QCOM PMIC typec detection
driver") can be deleted entirely.
