USB: gr_udc: remove dentry storage for debugfs file

There is no need to store the dentry pointer for a debugfs file that we
only use to remove it when the device goes away. debugfs can do the
lookup for us instead, saving us some trouble, and making things smaller
overall.

usb: gadget: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

USB: gadget: udc: gr_udc: no need to check return value of debugfs_create functions

When calling debugfs functions, there is no need to ever check the
return value. The function can work or not, but the code logic should
never do something different based on this.

There is also no need to keep the file dentries around at all, so remove
those variables from the device structure.

# 229e3682 06-Nov-2017 Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>

USB: gadget: udc: Remove redundant license text

Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license
in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording
can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.

This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.

No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

USB: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/usb/

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct
SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

# 5b484989 14-Sep-2014 Andreas Larsson <andreas@gaisler.com>

usb: gadget: gr_udc: Add bounce buffer to handle odd sized OUT requests

This adds a bounce buffer that handles the end of OUT requests where
req.length is not divisible by ep->ep.maxpacket.

Before this, such requests were rejected as the DMA engine cannot
restrict itself to buffers that are smaller than ep->ep.maxpacket.

usb: gadget: Gadget directory cleanup - group UDC drivers

The drivers/usb/gadget directory contains many files.
Files which are related can be distributed into separate directories.
This patch moves the UDC drivers into a separate directory.
