usb: gadget: remove max support speed info in bind operation

Take ecm_bind() for example, it call gadget_is_{*}speed() API to show
gadget max support speed, it is not much help, remove the API usage here
is safe.

Similar change apply to acm,eem,loopback,ncm,obex,rndis,serial,
sourcesink,subset functions.

usb: gadget: add a inline function gether_bitrate()

In function ecm_bitrate(), it is not support report bit rate for super
speed plus mode, but it can use same bit rate value defined in ncm and
rndis.

Add a common inline function gether_bitrate() which report different for
all possible speeds, it can be used by ecm, ncm and rndis, also remove
old function from them.

usb: gadget: use working speed to calcaulate network bitrate and qlen

Take ecm_bitrate() as example, it will be called after gadget device
link speed negotiation, consider code
if (gadget_is_superspeed(g) && g->speed == USB_SPEED_SUPER),
if a gadget device link speed is USB_SPEED_SUPER,
gadget_is_superspeed(g) must be true, or not it is a wrong
configuration of gadget max support speed.

Remove gadget_is_superspeed(g) checking should be safe, and remove other
similar operation in ncm, rndis, u_ether.

usb: gadget: fix wrong endpoint desc

Gadget driver should always use config_ep_by_speed() to initialize
usb_ep struct according to usb device's operating speed. Otherwise,
usb_ep struct may be wrong if usb devcie's operating speed is changed.

The key point in this patch is that we want to make sure the desc pointer
in usb_ep struct will be set to NULL when gadget is disconnected.
This will force it to call config_ep_by_speed() to correctly initialize
usb_ep struct based on the new operating speed when gadget is
re-connected later.

USB: gadget: function: Remove redundant license text

Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license
in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording
can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.

This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.

No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

USB: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/usb/

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct
SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe

usb: gadget: configfs: Fix memory leak of interface directory data

Kmemleak checking configuration reports a memory leak in
usb_os_desc_prepare_interf_dir function when rndis function
instance is freed and then allocated again. For example, this
happens with FunctionFS driver with RNDIS function enabled
when "ffs-test" test application is run several times in a row.

The data for intermediate "os_desc" group for interface directories
is allocated as a single VLA chunk and (after a change of default
groups handling) is not ever freed and actually not stored anywhere
besides inside a list of default groups of a parent group.

The fix is to make usb_os_desc_prepare_interf_dir function return
a pointer to allocated data (as a pointer to the first VLA item)
instead of (an unused) integer and to make the caller component
(currently the only one is RNDIS function) responsible for storing
the pointer and freeing the memory when appropriate.

usb: gadget: add RNDIS configfs options for class/subclass/protocol

This adds 3 new options to the RNDIS gadget function configs. It allows
overriding the default USB interface class/subclass/protocol.

The motivation for this is that if you set the values to "ef" (Misc),
"04" (RNDIS), "01" (Ethernet) respectively, then the device will be
recognized by the rndiscmp.inf file in Windows Vista and newer and will
cause Windows to load the correct RNDIS driver without the need for a
custom (signed) .inf file.

configfs: switch ->default groups to a linked list

Replace the current NULL-terminated array of default groups with a linked
list. This gets rid of lots of nasty code to size and/or dynamically
allocate the array.

While we're at it also provide a conveniant helper to remove the default
groups.

Since ep->driver_data is not used for endpoint claiming, neither for
enabled/disabled state storing, we can reduce number of places where
we read or modify it's value, as now it has no particular meaning for
function or framework logic.

In case of f_rndis, ep->driver_data was used only for endpoint claiming
and marking endpoints as enabled, so we can simplify code by reducing
it.

RNDIS function has a limitation on the number of allowed instances.
So far it has been RNDIS_MAX_CONFIGS, which happens to be one.
In order to eliminate this kind of arbitrary limitation we should not
preallocate a predefined (RNDIS_MAX_CONFIGS) array of struct rndis_params
instances but instead allow allocating them on demand.

This patch allocates struct rndis_params on demand in rndis_register().
Coversly, the structure is free()'d in rndis_deregister().
If CONFIG_USB_GADGET_DEBUG_FILES is set, the proc files are created which
is the same behaviour as before, but the moment of creation is delayed
until struct rndis_params is actually allocated.

rnids_init() and rndis_exit() have nothing to do, so they are eliminated.

This patch prepares the elimination of the said limit by converting all the
functions which accept rndis config number to accept a pointer to the
actual struct rndis_params. Consequently, rndis_register() returns
a pointer to a corresponding struct rndis_params instance. The pointer
is then always used by f_rndis.c instead of config number when it talks
to rndis.c API.

A nice side-effect of the changes is that many lines of code in rndis.c
become shorter and fit in 80 columns.

If a function prototype changes in rndis.h a style cleanup is made
at the same time, otherwise checkpatch complains that the patch
has style problems.

f->os_desc_table[0].if_id is zero by default. If the actual id happens
to be different then no Feature Descriptors will be returned to the host
for this interface, so assign if_id as soon as it is known.
