media: imx: Use get_mbus_config instead of parsing upstream DT endpoints

Stop parsing upstream neighbors' device-tree endpoints to retrieve the
media bus configuration. Instead use the get_mbus_config op and throw an
error if the upstream subdevice does not implement it.

Also drop the corresponding TODO entry and the now unused
imx_media_get_pad_fwnode() function.

media: imx: Unstage the imx7-media-csi driver

The imx7-media-csi driver, currently in staging, is ready for
prime-time. The staging TODO file lists a few items specific to that
driver, that are already addressed (the "all of the above" part) or can
be addressed later:

- The frame interval monitoring support is a software mechanism to
monitor the device for unexpected stalls, and should be part of the
V4L2 core if desired.

- Restricting the support media bus formats based on the SoC integration
only aims at reducing userspace confusion by not enumerating options
that are known not to be possible, it won't cause regressions if
handled later.

Move the description of the media bus format restriction TODO item to
the driver, drop the other TODO items, and move the driver out of
staging.

media: imx: imx7-media-csi: Use dual sampling for YUV 1X16

The CSI bridge should operate in dual components mode when it is
connected to a pixel transmitter that transfers two components at a time
in YUV 422 formats (16 bits, Y + U/V).

Use the image format variants to determine if single or dual component mode
should be used.

Add a note to the TODO file to record that the list of supported formats
should be restricted to the SoC model the CSI bridge is integrated on
to avoid potential pipeline mis-configurations.

media: imx: TODO: Remove items that are already supported

Video capture has been successfully tested using an OV5640 parallel
sensor on a imx6ull-evk board at a 640x480 resolution and UYVY8_2X8
format.

Remove the two items that are no longer pending.

# 3a854824 14-Feb-2021 Laurent Pinchart <laurent.pinchart@ideasonboard.com>

media: imx: capture: Rename ioctl operations with legacy prefix

The i.MX media drivers implement a legacy video node API, where the
format of the video node is influenced by the active format of the
connected subdev (both for enumeration and for the get, set and try
format ioctls), and where controls exposed by the subdevs in the
pipeline are inherited by the video node.

At the same time, the drivers implement the media controller API and
expose subdev video nodes to userspace. Those two modes of operation are
incompatible and should not be exposed together. Furthermore, the legacy
API gets in the way of proper enumeration of pixel formats on the video
node, as it prevents compliance with the V4L2 specification.

As a first step towards fixing this, rename all V4L2 video node ioctl
handlers with a legacy prefix. This will allow implementing a new set of
ioctls in parallel and gradually switching drivers. Add a task to the
TODO file for the removal of the legacy API.

If a subdevice has non-video related ports, the subdev driver knows not
