staging: iio: add proper SPDX identifiers to remaining driver files There are a number of IIO staging drivers that do not have a proper SPDX identifier on it. So fix that up and at the same time, remove the "free form" license text, as that's pretty much impossible for any tool to parse. staging: iio: adt7316: drop unnecessary initialization of variables Initialization is unnecessary when the variable is written before it is read. There were some occasions in which the driver would initialize `ret' during declaration without need. Purely a cosmetic change with no functional impact. staging:iio: Remove redundant spi driver bus initialization In ancient times it was necessary to manually initialize the bus field of an spi_driver to spi_bus_type. These days this is done in spi_register_driver() so we can drop the manual assignment.
