scsi: Add HAS_IOPORT dependencies In a future patch HAS_IOPORT=n will result in inb()/outb() and friends not being declared. We thus need to add HAS_IOPORT as dependency for those drivers using them. treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help' Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over '---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances. This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines, I also fixed the indentation. There are a variety of indentation styles found. a) 4 spaces + '---help---' b) 7 spaces + '---help---' c) 8 spaces + '---help---' d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---' e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation) f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---' g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---' In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the following commend: $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/' Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <masahiroy@kernel.org>

[SCSI] aic7xxx: fix timer handling bug The driver is doing a rather stupid mod_timer allegedly to "give request sense more time to complete". This is illegal and pointless, so just eliminate it. Also eliminate all the other uses of struct timer_list in the driver, which are mostly bogus. Signed-off-by: James Bottomley <James.Bottomley@SteelEye.com>

Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
