power: supply: collie_battery: Convert to GPIO descriptors (part 2)

Finish the job started by the commit ba940ed83218 ("power: supply:
collie_battery: Convert to GPIO descriptors"), i.e. convert the use
of gpio_to_irq() to gpiod_to_irq(). No functional changes intended.

power: supply: collie_battery: Convert to GPIO descriptors

This converts the Collie battery driver to use GPIO descriptors.
We use a mixture of 3 GPIOs defined in the machine and 3
GPIOs requested directly from the ucb1x00 chip.

power: move power supply drivers to power/supply

This moves all power supply drivers from drivers/power/
to drivers/power/supply/. The intention is a cleaner
source tree, since drivers/power/ also contains frameworks
unrelated to power supply, like adaptive voltage scaling.
