wifi: rsi: Avoid defines prefixed with CONFIG

Macros prefixed with CONFIG_ are intended to be defined only by
Kconfig scripts. Here we remove the prefix from the
CONFIG_AUTO_READ_MODE define to avoid confusion when reading the code.

This causes no change to functionality.

# 31f97cf9 16-Sep-2021 Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de>

rsi: Fix module dev_oper_mode parameter description

The module parameters are missing dev_oper_mode 12, BT classic alone,
add it. Moreover, the parameters encode newlines, which ends up being
printed malformed e.g. by modinfo, so fix that too.

However, the module parameter string is duplicated in both USB and SDIO
modules and the dev_oper_mode mode enumeration in those module parameters
is a duplicate of macros used by the driver. Furthermore, the enumeration
is confusing.

So, deduplicate the module parameter string and use __stringify() to
encode the correct mode enumeration values into the module parameter
string. Finally, replace 'Wi-Fi' with 'Wi-Fi alone' and 'BT' with
'BT classic alone' to clarify what those modes really mean.

# 30519460 15-Mar-2021 Aditya Srivastava <yashsri421@gmail.com>

rsi: fix comment syntax in file headers

The opening comment mark '/**' is used for highlighting the beginning of
kernel-doc comments.
There are some files in drivers/net/wireless/rsi which follow this syntax
in their file headers, i.e. start with '/**' like comments, which causes
unexpected warnings from kernel-doc.

E.g., running scripts/kernel-doc -none on drivers/net/wireless/rsi/rsi_coex.h
causes this warning:
"warning: wrong kernel-doc identifier on line:
* Copyright (c) 2018 Redpine Signals Inc."

Similarly for other files too.

Provide a simple fix by replacing such occurrences with general comment
format, i.e., "/*", to prevent kernel-doc from parsing it.

rsi: improve RX packet handling in USB interface

Curretly, RX packet processing is done sequencially. To improve
the efficiency, RX skb queue is introduced.
Here, while preparing RX URB skb is allocated and used
for RX buffer. When rx done handler is called, enqueue the skb
to rx_q and set the thread event.
RX thread is modified to dequeue packets from skb queue and
process further.

rsi: handle BT traffic in driver

BT frames are passed through coex and hal modules to BUS.
After firmware is loaded, based on the operating mode CARD
READY frame comes for each protocol. When BT card ready is
received, BT attach is called.
Protocol operations are exchanged between the modules
at initialization time.
Build flag CONFIG_RSI_COEX is introduced to enable coex support
if CONFIG_BT_RSIHCI is enabled. Coex operations are valid if
coex mode is greater than 1 only.

rsi: add tx frame for common device configuration

After successful loading of firmware, a CARD READY indication is
received by host. Common device configuration parameters are sent
to the device after this. It includes information like device
operating mode (Wi-Fi alone or BT coex), power save related
parameters, GPIO information etc. As device supports BT coex,
this frame is send in COEX queue initially. Based on the operating
mode, CARD READY indication is received from each protocol module
in firmware i.e. WLAN, BT.

rsi: Add new firmware loading method

The older firmware loading method has been deprecated and not in use
for any chipets. New method is introduced which works based on soft
boot loader. In this method, complete RAM image and FLASH image are
present in the flash. Before loading the functional firmware, host
issues boot loader commands to verify whether firmware to load is
different from the current functional firmware. If not, firmware
upgrade progresses and boot loader will switch to the new functional
firmware.

"rs9113_wlan_qspi.rps" is the firmware filename used in this patch.
