wifi: rsi: Fix handling of 802.3 EAPOL frames sent via control port

When using wpa_supplicant v2.10, this driver is no longer able to
associate with any AP and fails in the EAPOL 4-way handshake while
sending the 2/4 message to the AP. The problem is not present in
wpa_supplicant v2.9 or older. The problem stems from HostAP commit
144314eaa ("wpa_supplicant: Send EAPOL frames over nl80211 where available")
which changes the way EAPOL frames are sent, from them being send
at L2 frames to them being sent via nl80211 control port.

An EAPOL frame sent as L2 frame is passed to the WiFi driver with
skb->protocol ETH_P_PAE, while EAPOL frame sent via nl80211 control
port has skb->protocol set to ETH_P_802_3 . The later happens in
ieee80211_tx_control_port(), where the EAPOL frame is encapsulated
into 802.3 frame.

The rsi_91x driver handles ETH_P_PAE EAPOL frames as high-priority
frames and sends them via highest-priority transmit queue, while
the ETH_P_802_3 frames are sent as regular frames. The EAPOL 4-way
handshake frames must be sent as highest-priority, otherwise the
4-way handshake times out.

Therefore, to fix this problem, inspect the skb control flags and
if flag IEEE80211_TX_CTRL_PORT_CTRL_PROTO is set, assume this is
an EAPOL frame and transmit the frame via high-priority queue just
like other ETH_P_PAE frames.

wifi: mac80211: move interface config to new struct

We'll use bss_conf for per-link configuration later, so
move out all the non-link-specific data out into a new
struct ieee80211_vif_cfg used in the vif.

Some adjustments were done with the following spatch:

@@
expression sdata;

identifier var = { assoc, ibss_joined, aid, arp_addr_list, arp_addr_cnt, ssid, ssid_len, s1g, ibss_creator };

struct ieee80211_bss_conf *bss_conf;
identifier var = { assoc, ibss_joined, aid, arp_addr_list, arp_addr_cnt, ssid, ssid_len, s1g, ibss_creator };

(though more manual fixups were needed, e.g. replacing
"vif_cfg->" by "vif->cfg." in many files.)

# 99ac6018 30-Aug-2021 Martin Fuzzey <martin.fuzzey@flowbird.group>

rsi: fix key enabled check causing unwanted encryption for vap_id > 0

My previous patch checked if encryption should be enabled by directly
checking info->control.hw_key (like the downstream driver).
However that missed that the control and driver_info members of
struct ieee80211_tx_info are union fields.

Due to this when rsi_core_xmit() updates fields in "tx_params"
(driver_info) it can overwrite the control.hw_key, causing the result
of the later test to be incorrect.

With the current structure layout the first byte of control.hw_key is
overlayed with the vap_id so, since we only test if control.hw_key is
NULL / non NULL, a non zero vap_id will incorrectly enable encryption.

In basic STA and AP modes the vap_id is always zero so it works but in
P2P client mode a second VIF is created causing vap_id to be non zero
and hence encryption to be enabled before keys have been set.

Fix this by extracting the key presence flag to a new field in the driver
private tx_params structure and populating it first.
