wifi: iwlwifi: nvm: Update HE capabilities on 6GHz band for EHT device

Max A-MPDU length exponent shall be set to 2 for EHT capable
device on 6GHz band in order to support 4MB aggregation.

Update HE MAC capabilities accordingly for station and softap
interfaces.

This change requires to add another ieee80211_sband_iftype_data for
uhb since high/uhb are no longer the same.

iwlwifi: mvm: add support for 6GHz

Add support to the 6GHz band (aka. Ultra High Band or UHB). This
allows us to scan and connect to channels in that band, including all
the relevant features, such as preferred scan channels, colocated
channels etc.

iwlwifi: copy iwl_he_capa for modifications

This data is not necessarily the same across devices as we may
modify it due to the number of antennas and for overrides (though
in practice overrides are likely to be identical), so modifying
the global data is wrong.

Make a copy of it in the NVM data and modify it there instead.

iwlwifi: always access the trans configuration via trans

Stop accessing the trans configuration via the iwl_cfg structure and
always access it via the iwl_trans structure. This completes the
requirements to disassociate the trans-specific configuration from the
rest of the configuration.

# 64866e5d 16-Aug-2018 Luca Coelho <luciano.coelho@intel.com>

iwlwifi: move iwl_nvm_check_version() into dvm

This function is only half-used by mvm (i.e. only the nvm_version part
matters, since the calibration version is irrelevant), so it's
pointless to export it from iwlwifi. If mvm uses this function, it
has the additional complexity of setting the calib version to a bogus
value on all cfg structs.

To avoid this, move the function to dvm and make a simple comparison
of the nvm_version in mvm instead.

iwlwifi: remove all occurrences of the FSF address paragraph

The Free Software Foundation address is superfluous and causes
checkpatch to issue a warning when present. Remove all paragraphs
with FSF's address to prevent that.

iwlwifi: remove upper case letters in sku_capa_band_*_enable

The sku_capa_band_24GHz_enable and sku_capa_band_52GHz_enable symbols
cause checkpatch to complain whenever we use them. To prevent this,
convert them to all lower case.

# 21cb3222 21-Jun-2016 Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>

iwlwifi: decouple PCIe transport from mac80211

The PCIe transport needs to store two pointers in each TX SKB, and
currently assumes mac80211's ieee80211_tx_info is present in the CB
to do that.

In order to remove that assumption, have the opmodes pass in the
offset to where the pointers can be stored in the CB and use the
offset in the PCIe code.

To make the disentanglement complete, remove mac80211.h includes
from everywhere in the generic iwlwifi code. This required adding
an include of cfg80211.h in one place.

# 4896d764 03-Apr-2016 Gregory Greenman <gregory.greenman@intel.com>

iwlwifi: consider VHT 160MHz while parsing NVM

Devices belonging to 9000 family can support VHT 160MHz channel
width, so need to consider it when configuring VHT capabilities.
However, NVM file doesn't have a single bit specifying that 160MHz
is supported. This patch turns on 160MHz support in VHT capabilities
in case there's at least one channel supporting 160MHz.

# 57fbcce3 12-Apr-2016 Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>

cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_band

This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of
it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of
bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.
