wifi: brcmfmac: cfg80211: Use WSEC to set SAE password

Using the WSEC command instead of sae_password seems to be the supported
mechanism on newer firmware, and also how the brcmdhd driver does it.

The existing firmware mechanism intended for (some) Cypress chips has
been separated from the new firmware mechanism using the multi-vendor
framework. Depending on the device it will select the appropriate
firmware mechanism.

This makes WPA3 work with iwd, or with wpa_supplicant pending a support
patchset [2].

# 552ac55e 02-Feb-2023 Gustavo A. R. Silva <gustavoars@kernel.org>

wifi: brcmfmac: Replace one-element array with flexible-array member

One-element arrays are deprecated, and we are replacing them with flexible
array members instead. So, replace one-element array with flexible-array
member in struct brcmf_tlv.

This helps with the ongoing efforts to tighten the FORTIFY_SOURCE
routines on memcpy() and help us make progress towards globally
enabling -fstrict-flex-arrays=3 [1].

This results in no differences in binary output.

brcmfmac: map 802.1d priority to precedence level based on AP WMM params

In WLAN, priority among various access categories of traffic is
always set by the AP using WMM parameters and this may not always
follow the standard 802.1d priority.

In this change, priority is adjusted based on the AP WMM params
received as part of the Assoc Response and the same is later used
to map the priority of all incoming traffic.

In a specific scenario where EDCA parameters are configured to be same
for all ACs, use the default FW priority definition to avoid queuing
packets of all ACs to the same priority queue.

This change fixes the following 802.11 certification tests:
* 11n - 5.2.31 ACM Bit Conformance test
* 11n - 5.2.32 AC Parameter Modification test
* 11ac - 5.2.33 TXOP Limit test

later separation of wiphy allocation and driver initialization.

brcmfmac: fix roamoff=1 modparam

When the update_connect_param callback is set, nl80211 expects the flag
WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_FW_ROAM to be set as well. However, this flag is
only set when modparam roamoff=0, while the callback is set
unconditionally. Since commit 7f9a3e150ec7 this causes a warning in
wiphy_register, which breaks brcmfmac.

Disable the update_connect_param callback when roamoff=0 to fix this.

# efc2c1fa 08-Jun-2017 Arend Van Spriel <arend.vanspriel@broadcom.com>

brcmfmac: add support multi-scheduled scan

This change adds support for multi-scheduled scan in the driver. It
currently relies on g-scan support in firmware and will set struct
wiphy::max_sched_scan_reqs accordingly. This is limited to 16 concurrent
requests.

The firmware currently has a limit of 64 channels that can be configured
for all requests in total regardless whether there are duplicates. So if
a request uses 35 channels there are 29 channels left for another request.
When user-space does not specify any channels cfg80211 will add all
channels defined by the wiphy instance to the request, which makes
reaching the limit rather easy for dual-band devices.

Change vif_event_lock to spinlock from mutex, since this lock is
used in wait_event_timeout() via vif_event_equals(). This caused
a warning report as below.

As far as I can see, this lock protects regions where updating
structure members, not function calls. Also, since those
regions are not called from interrupt handlers (of course, it
was a mutex), spin_lock is used instead of spin_lock_irqsave.

brcmfmac: drop unused pm_block vif attribute

This attribute was added 3 years ago by
commit 3eacf866559c ("brcmfmac: introduce brcmf_cfg80211_vif structure")
but it remains unused since then. It seems we can safely drop it.

brcmfmac: change function name for brcmf_cfg80211_wait_vif_event_timeout()

Dropping the '_timeout' from the function name as the fact that a timeout
value is passed makes it obvious a timeout is used. Also helps to keep code
