ath: Replace zero-length arrays with flexible-array members There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare having a dynamically sized set of trailing elements in a structure. Kernel code should always use “flexible array members”[1] for these cases. The older style of one-element or zero-length arrays should no longer be used[2]. ath11k: Introduce spectral hw configurable param Below parameters have been identified as configurable across the platforms. So to scale the spectral across the platforms, move these parameter into hw param. 1. Maximum FFT bins 2. Summary report pad size 3. FFT report header length Tested-on: IPQ8074 hw2.0 AHB WLAN.HK.2.4.0.1-01492-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1 Tested-on: IPQ6018 hw1.0 AHB WLAN.HK.2.4.0.1-00330-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1 Signed-off-by: Karthikeyan Periyasamy <periyasa@codeaurora.org> Signed-off-by: Jouni Malinen <jouni@codeaurora.org> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20210721180809.90960-3-jouni@codeaurora.org

ath11k: add support for spectral scan spectral scan control interface is exposed through debugfs eentry. Relayfs is used to collect the spectral data. These interfaces are similar to ath10k spectral. spectral debugfs interfaces are below, echo background > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath11k/spectral_scan_ctl echo trigger > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath11k/spectral_scan_ctl iw dev wlan0 scan echo disable > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath11k/spectral_scan_ctl cat /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath11k/spectral_scan0 > fft_samples.dump Tested-on: IPQ8074 WLAN.HK.2.1.0.1-01228-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1 Signed-off-by: Karthikeyan Periyasamy <periyasa@codeaurora.org> Signed-off-by: Kalle Valo <kvalo@codeaurora.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/1591688014-26441-2-git-send-email-periyasa@codeaurora.org

ath10k: add spectral scan feature Adds the spectral scan feature for ath10k. The spectral scan is triggered by configuring a mode through a debugfs control file. Samples can be gathered via another relay debugfs file. Essentially, to try it out: ip link set dev wlan0 up echo background > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath10k/spectral_scan_ctl echo trigger > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath10k/spectral_scan_ctl iw dev wlan0 scan echo disable > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath10k/spectral_scan_ctl cat /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/ath10k/spectral_scan0 > samples This feature is still experimental. ath: Move spectral debugfs structs to shared header The ath9k and ath10k will share the definitions of the debugfs spectral structures and enums. Having them in the same place helps to avoid conflicts.
