ath10k: Add wmi command support for station specific TID config

This patch adds WMI interface to configure station specific
TID configuration . Host needs to send station's MAC address
along with TID number and its configuration to target through
WMI_10_4_PER_PEER_PER_TID_CONFIG_CMDID.

WMI_SERVICE_PEER_TID_CONFIGS_SUPPORT flag is added to advertise
this support.

ath10k: Remove msdu from idr when management pkt send fails

Currently when the sending of any management pkt
via wmi command fails, the packet is being unmapped
freed in the error handling. But the idr entry added,
which is used to track these packet is not getting removed.

Hence, during unload, in wmi cleanup, all the entries
in IDR are removed and the corresponding buffer is
attempted to be freed. This can cause a situation where
one packet is attempted to be freed twice.

Fix this error by rmeoving the msdu from the idr
list when the sending of a management packet over
wmi fails.

# 0f7cb268 27-Apr-2020 Wen Gong <wgong@codeaurora.org>

ath10k: add rx bitrate report for SDIO

For SDIO chip, its rx indication is struct htt_rx_indication_hl, which
does not include the bitrate info as well as PCIe, for PCIe, it use
function ath10k_htt_rx_h_rates to parse the bitrate info in struct
rx_ppdu_start and then report it to mac80211 via ieee80211_rx_status.

SDIO does not have the same info as PCIe, then iw command can not get
the rx bitrate by "iw wlan0 station dump".

for example, it always show 6.0 MBit/s
localhost ~ # iw wlan0 link
Connected to 3c:28:6d:96:fd:69 (on wlan0)
SSID: kukui_test
freq: 5180
RX: 111800 bytes (595 packets)
TX: 35419 bytes (202 packets)
signal: -41 dBm
rx bitrate: 6.0 MBit/s

This patch is to send WMI_TLV_REQUEST_PEER_STATS_INFO_CMDID to firmware
for ath10k_sta_statistics and save the rx bitrate for WMI event
WMI_TLV_PEER_STATS_INFO_EVENTID.

This patch only effect SDIO chip, ath10k_mac_sta_get_peer_stats_info
has check for bitrate_statistics of hw_params, this patch only enable
it for "qca6174 hw3.2 sdio".

Tested with QCA6174 SDIO firmware WLAN.RMH.4.4.1-00042.

ath10k: implement set_base_macaddr to fix rx-bssid mask in multiple APs conf

Many integrated QCA9984 WiFis in various IPQ806x platform routers
from various vendors (Netgear R7800, ZyXEL NBG6817, TP-LINK C2600,
etc.) have either blank, bogus or non-unique MAC-addresses in
their calibration data.

As a result, OpenWrt utilizes a discouraged binary calibration data
patching method that allows to modify the device's MAC-addresses right
at the source. This is because the ath10k' firmware extracts the MAC
address from the supplied radio/calibration data and issues a response
to the ath10k linux driver. Which was designed to take the main MAC in
ath10k_wmi_event_ready().

Part of the "setting an alternate MAC" issue was already tackled by a
patch from Brian Norris:
commit 9d5804662ce1
("ath10k: retrieve MAC address from system firmware if provided")
by allowing the option to specify an alternate MAC-address with the
established device_get_mac_address() function which extracts the right
address from DeviceTree/fwnode mac-address or local-mac-address
properties and saves it for later.

However, Ben Greear noted that the Qualcomm's ath10k firmware is liable
to not properly calculate its rx-bssid mask in this case. This can cause
issues in the popluar "multiple AP with a single ath10k instance"
configurations.

To improve MAC address handling, Felix Fietkau suggested to call
pdev_set_base_macaddr_cmdid before bringing up the first vif and
use the first vif MAC address there. Which is in ath10k_core_start().

This patch implement Felix Fietkau's request to
"call pdev_set_base_macaddr_cmdid before bringing up the first vif".
The pdev_set_base_macaddr_cmdid is already declared for all devices
and version. The driver just needed the support code for this
function.

ath10k: add support to configure BB timing over wmi

Add wmi configuration cmd to configure base band(BB) power amplifier(PA)
off timing values in hardware. The default PA off timings were fine tuned
to make proper DFS radar detection in QCA reference design. If ODM uses
different PA in their design, then the same default PA off timing values
cannot be used, it requires different settling time to detect radar pulses
very sooner and avoid radar detection problems. In that case it provides
provision to select proper PA off timing values based on the PA hardware used.
The PA component is part of FEM hardware and new device tree entry
"ext-fem-name" is used to indentify the FEM hardware. And this wmi configuration
cmd is enabled via wmi service flag "WMI_SERVICE_BB_TIMING_CONFIG_SUPPORT".

Other way is to apply these values through calibration data, but recalibration
of all boards out there might not be feasible.

ath10k: DFS Host Confirmation

In the 10.4-3.6 firmware branch there's a new DFS Host confirmation
feature which is advertised using WMI_SERVICE_HOST_DFS_CHECK_SUPPORT flag.

This new features enables the ath10k host to send information to the
firmware on the specifications of detected radar type. This allows the
firmware to validate if the host's radar pattern detector unit is
operational and check if the radar information shared by host matches
the radar pulses sent as phy error events from firmware. If the check
fails the firmware won't allow use of DFS channels on AP mode when using
FCC regulatory region.

Hence this patch is mandatory when using a firmware from 10.4-3.6 branch.

ath10k: dma unmap mgmt tx buffer if wmi cmd send fails

WCN3990 sends mgmt frames by reference via WMI.
The host dma maps the mgmt frame and sends the physical

Fix the missing dma unmapping of mgmt tx frame when
wmi command sending fails for mgmt tx by reference

ath10k: enable adaptive CCA

European Union has made it mandatory that all devices working in 2.4 GHz
has to adhere to the ETSI specification (ETSI EN 300 328 V1.9.1)
beginnig this year. The standard basically speaks about interferences
in 2.4Ghz band.
For example, when 802.11 device detects interference, TX must be stopped
as long as interference is present.

Adaptive CCA is a feature, when enabled the device learns from the
environment and configures CCA levels adaptively. This will improve
detecting interferences and the device can stop trasmissions till the
interference is present eventually leading to good performances in
varying interference conditions.

The patch includes code for enabling adaptive CCA for 10.2.4 firmware on

# 991adf71 14-Aug-2015 Raja Mani <rmani@qti.qualcomm.com>

ath10k: refactor phyerr event handlers

Existing phyerr event handlers directly uses phyerr header format
(ie, struct wmi_phyerr and struct wmi_phyerr_event) in the code
exactly on how firmware packs it. This is the problem in 10.4 fw
specific phyerr event handling where it uses different phyerror
header format. Before adding 10.4 specific handler, little bit of
refactor is done in existing phyerr handlers.

Two new abstracted structures (struct wmi_phyerr_ev_hdr_arg and
struct wmi_phyerr_ev_arg) are introduced to remove dependency of using
firmware specific header format in the code. So that firmware specific
phyerror handlers can populate values to abstracted structures and
the following code can use abstracted struct for further operation.

.pull_phyerr_hdr is added newly to pull common phyerr header info
like tsf, buf_len, number of phyerr packed. Existing .pull_phyerr
handler is changed and called to parse every sub phyerrs in the event.

Validated these refactoring on qca988x hw2.0 using fw 10.2.4 version.

# 08e75ea8 03-Aug-2015 Vivek Natarajan <nataraja@qti.qualcomm.com>

ath10k: Support different txbf configuration schemes

qca61x4 uses the vdev param as a sole sufficient configuration
for txbf while qca99x0 enables txbf during peer assoc by
combining the vdev param value with peer assoc's vht capabilities

This patch gets the appropriate txbf configuration scheme
before passing the wmi command to enable the same in the firmware.
