net: socionext: Add Synquacer NetSec driver

This driver adds support for Socionext "netsec" IP Gigabit
Ethernet + PHY IP used in the Synquacer SC2A11 SoC.

net: ethernet: socionext: add AVE ethernet driver

The UniPhier platform from Socionext provides the AVE ethernet
controller that includes MAC and MDIO bus supporting RGMII/RMII
modes. The controller is named AVE.
