net: sxgbe: remove eee_enabled/eee_active in sxgbe_get_eee()

sxgbe_get_eee() sets edata->eee_active and edata->eee_enabled from its
own copy, and then calls phy_ethtool_get_eee() which in turn will call
genphy_c45_ethtool_get_eee().

genphy_c45_ethtool_get_eee() will overwrite eee_enabled and eee_active
with its own interpretation from the PHYs settings and negotiation
result.

Therefore, setting these members in sxgbe_get_eee() is redundant.
Remove this, and remove the priv->eee_active member which then becomes
a write-only variable.

net: samsung: sxgbe: Make sxgbe_drv_remove() return void

sxgbe_drv_remove() returned zero unconditionally, so it can be converted
to return void without losing anything. The upside is that it becomes
more obvious in its callers that there is no error to handle.

# 76660757 14-Oct-2021 Jakub Kicinski <kuba@kernel.org>

ethernet: constify references to netdev->dev_addr in drivers

This big patch sprinkles const on local variables and
function arguments which may refer to netdev->dev_addr.

Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount
of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look
up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all
the writes to it got through appropriate helpers.

Some of the changes here are not strictly required - const
is sometimes cast off but pointer is not used for writing.
It seems like it's still better to add the const in case
the code changes later or relevant -W flags get enabled
for the build.

No functional changes.

# 980f1404 08-Dec-2016 Lino Sanfilippo <LinoSanfilippo@gmx.de>

net: ethernet: sxgbe: remove private tx queue lock

The driver uses a private lock for synchronization of the xmit function and
the xmit completion handler, but since the NETIF_F_LLTX flag is not set,
the xmit function is also called with the xmit_lock held.

On the other hand the completion handler uses the reverse locking order by
first taking the private lock and (in case that the tx queue had been
stopped) then the xmit_lock.

Improve the locking by removing the private lock and using only the
xmit_lock for synchronization instead.

net: ethernet: sxgbe: use phydev from struct net_device

The private structure contain a pointer to phydev, but the structure
net_device already contain such pointer. So we can remove the pointer
phydev in the private structure, and update the driver to use the
one contained in struct net_device.
