Some return variables are never changed until function returned.
These variables are unneeded for their functions. Therefore, the
unneeded return variables can be removed safely by returning their
initial values.

net: qed: Fix memcpy() overflow of qed_dcbx_params()

The source (&dcbx_info->operational.params) and dest
(&p_hwfn->p_dcbx_info->set.config.params) are both struct qed_dcbx_params
(560 bytes), not struct qed_dcbx_admin_params (564 bytes), which is used
as the memcpy() size.

However it seems that struct qed_dcbx_operational_params
(dcbx_info->operational)'s layout matches struct qed_dcbx_admin_params
(p_hwfn->p_dcbx_info->set.config)'s 4 byte difference (3 padding, 1 byte
for "valid").

On the assumption that the size is wrong (rather than the source structure
type), adjust the memcpy() size argument to be 4 bytes smaller and add
a BUILD_BUG_ON() to validate any changes to the structure sizes.

net: qed: sanitize BE/LE data processing

Current code assumes that both host and device operates in Little Endian
in lots of places. While this is true for x86 platform, this doesn't mean
we should not care about this.

This commit addresses all parts of the code that were pointed out by sparse
checker. All operations with restricted (__be*/__le*) types are now
protected with explicit from/to CPU conversions, even if they're noops on
common setups.

I'm sure there are more such places, but this implies a deeper code
investigation, and is a subject for future works.

qed: Do not add VLAN 0 tag to untagged frames in multi-function mode.

In certain multi-function switch dependent modes, firmware adds vlan tag 0
to the untagged frames. This leads to double tagging for the traffic
if the dcbx is enabled, which is not the desired behavior. To avoid this,
driver needs to set "dcb_dont_add_vlan0" flag.

qed: Lower the severity of a dcbx log message.

Driver displays an error message for each unrecognized dcbx TLV that's
received from the peer or configured on the device. It is observed that
syslog will be flooded with such messages in certain scenarios e.g.,
frequent link-flaps/lldp-transactions. Changing the severity of this
message to verbose level as it's not an error scenario/message.

Do not advertise DCBX_LLD_MANAGED capability i.e., do not allow
external agent to manage the dcbx/lldp negotiation. MFW acts as lldp agent
for qed* devices, and no other lldp agent is allowed to coexist with mfw.

qed: Add support for Unified Fabric Port.

This patch adds driver changes for supporting the Unified Fabric Port
(UFP). This is a new paritioning mode wherein MFW provides the set of
parameters to be used by the device such as traffic class, outer-vlan
tag value, priority type etc. Drivers receives this info via notifications
from mfw and configures the hardware accordingly.

Re-organize the logic that allocates and frees memory of various
sub-components of the hw-function -

a. No need to pass pointers to said structure as parameters;
The internal logic knows exactly where to find/set the data.

qed: Utilize FW 8.20.0.0

This pushes qed [and as result, all qed* drivers] into using 8.20.0.0
firmware. The changes are mostly contained in qed with minor changes
to qedi due to some HSI changes.

Content-wise, the firmware contains fixes to various issues exposed
since the release of the previous firmware, including:
- Corrects iSCSI fast retransmit when data digest is enabled.
- Stop draining packets when receiving several consecutive PFCs.
- Prevent possible assertion when consecutively opening/closing
many connections.
- Prevent possible assertion due to too long BDQ fetch time.

In addition, the new firmware would allow us to later add iWARP support
in qed and qedr.

The patch adds driver support for static/local dcbx mode. In this mode
adapter brings up the dcbx link with locally configured parameters
instead of performing the dcbx negotiation with the peer. The feature

In the older firmware there was no distinction between RoCE and RoCEv2
whereas the newer firmware (8.15.3.0) allows us to configure each

qed: Fix sending an invalid PFC error mask to MFW.

PFC error-mask value is not supported by MFW, but this bit could be
set in the pfc bit-map of the operational parameters if remote device
supports it. These operational parameters are used as basis for
populating the dcbx config parameters. User provided configs will be
applied on top of these parameters and then send them to MFW when
requested. Driver need to clear the error-mask bit before sending the
config parameters to MFW.

qed: Zero-out the buffer paased to dcbx_query() API

qed_dcbx_query_params() implementation populate the values to input
buffer based on the dcbx mode and, the current negotiated state/params,
the caller of this API need to memset the buffer to zero.

qed: Clear dcbx memory buffers before the usage.

This patch takes care of clearing the uninitialized buffer before using it.
1. pfc pri-enable bitmap need to be cleared before setting the requested
enable bits. Without this, the un-touched values will be merged with
requested values and sent to MFW.
2. The data in app-entry field need to be cleared before using it.
3. Clear the output data buffer used in qed_dcbx_query_params().

qed: Set selection-field while configuring the app entry in ieee mode.

Management firmware requires the selection-field (SF) to be set for
configuring the application/protocol entry in IEEE mode. Without this
setting, the app entry will be configured incorrectly in MFW.

qed*: Disallow dcbx configuration for VF interfaces.

Dcbx configuration is not supported for VF interfaces. Hence don't populate

qed: Add support for query/config dcbx.

Query API reads the dcbx data from the device shared memory and return it
to the caller. The config API configures the user provided dcbx values on
the device, and initiates the dcbx negotiation with the peer.

qed: add support for dcbx.

This patch adds the necessary driver support for Management Firmware to
configure the device/firmware with the dcbx results. Management Firmware
is responsible for communicating the DCBX and driving the negotiation,
but the driver has responsibility of receiving async notification and
configuring the results in hw/fw. This patch also adds the dcbx support for
future protocols (e.g., FCoE) as preparation to their imminent submission.
