ixgbe: use BIT() macro Several areas of ixgbe were written before widespread usage of the BIT(n) macro. With the impending release of GCC 6 and its associated new warnings, some usages such as (1 << 31) have been noted within the ixgbe driver source. Fix these wholesale and prevent future issues by simply using BIT macro instead of hand coded bit shifts. Also fix a few shifts that are shifting values into place by using the 'u' prefix to indicate unsigned. It doesn't strictly matter in these cases because we're not shifting by too large a value, but these are all unsigned values and should be indicated as such. ixgbe: Use num_tcs.pg_tcs as upper limit for TC when checking based on UP This change makes it so the function ixgbe_dcb_get_tc_from_up will use the num_tcs.pg_tcs to determine the starting value for determining a traffic class based on a user priority. The main motivation for this change is to address possible bad configurations in which more TCs worth of data are populated then there are actual TCs. By limiting this value we can at least make certain we are not providing a map with values that are out of range. As a result any user priorities that are setup in the configuration with a traffic class mapping higher than what the hardware supports will be reported as being on TC 0. ixgbe: Populate the prio_tc_map in ixgbe_setup_tc There were cases where the prio_tc_map was not populated when we were calling open. ixgbe: Simplify logic for getting traffic class from user priority This patch is meant to help simplify the logic for getting traffic classes from user priorities. To do this I am adding a function named ixgbe_dcb_get_tc_from_up that will go through the traffic classes in reverse order in order to determine which traffic class contains a bit for a given user priority.
