net: cavium: Fix a bunch of kerneldoc parameter issues

Rename ptp to ptp_info.

# aa3afccc 02-Mar-2020 Prakash Brahmajyosyula <bprakash@marvell.com>

net: cavium: Register driver with PCI subsys IDs

Across Cavium's ThunderX and Marvell's OcteonTx2 silicons
the PTP timestamping block's PCI device ID and vendor ID
have remained same but the HW architecture has changed.

Hence added PCI subsystem IDs to the device table to avoid
this driver from being probed on OcteonTx2 silicons.

# 34343410 15-Aug-2019 Stephen Hemminger <stephen@networkplumber.org>

net: cavium: fix driver name

The driver name gets exposed in sysfs under /sys/bus/pci/drivers
so it should look like other devices. Change it to be common
format (instead of "Cavium PTP").

This is a trivial fix that was observed by accident because
Debian kernels were building this driver into kernel (bug).

net: cavium: clean up return value check in cavium_ptp_probe

ptp_clock_register never return NULL, so no need check this
in cavium_ptp_probe.

by eliminating module_init and module_exit calls.

net: cavium: fix NULL pointer dereference in cavium_ptp_put

Prevent a kernel panic on reboot if ptp_clock is NULL by checking
the ptp pointer before using it.
